  Been waiting three months for them to finish the job, but they were hired for. After they were paid in full, they don’t respond to texts or return phone calls. Do not hire them. They are thieves.

  Buyer beware. Did not tie up loose ends as promised. Took the money and ran. Stongly recommend taking your money and running to a different roofer.

  I gave them a 2 because they did good work, I was in the business when I was younger so I know what needs to be done. We were quoted ~$11,000 for the job, which I jumped at because it was a great price, but received an invoice for ~$16,000. They reduced it by $1000 in the end. I worked as a contractor and with large scale jobs at universities and I would never have given a customer an invoice with an approximately 40% increase in price over the agreed upon quote. What is customery is to get a pre-approval for such a large up-charge, that is just good business. They additionally did not complete the job according to the original contract, which again, is why I could never recommend this company. Too bad, because they do good work.

  They did great work on our roof really they did it looks great but they took down our satellites that we where watching tv with that where on the upper porch and they took them from us as in put them in there scrap pile now it’s going to cost us 50$ for someone to come out and check it out who knows if they will charge us for a new satellite so on top of that didn’t even talk to us about it now we are without tv till this Friday and if you are a parent of a child you know how much they will complain and cry that they can’t watch tv it dose not help that my son is disabled and don’t understand that they took the satellites from us and we won’t have someone out till this Friday to fix it and what not he just wants to watch his shows and no he dose not watch tv all the time but he knows when he can and when he can’t so he had a meltdown about it so hopefully someone from our tv provider comes out and can fix it they cut the wires and everything on us needless to say we are upset about this we are calling them to tell them this tomorrow (Thursday) this is not right they should have discussed this with us but they didn’t and we had no idea they did this until we tired to watch tv and could not get a signal at all from our cable box and they left exposed wires hanging from the upper porch where the satellites where at to hang down to the lower porch where outlet steps are if it helps it’s a two family home anyways I guess it’s Netflix and chill the next few days thanks to them but again roof looks great they did a great job on that

  They didn't do work on my house but they did roof work on my neighbors and that morning I woke up to tarp over my windows, my locked gate was literally removed from it's poll so they could get into my yard, all of my potted plants were removed from their places and scattered all over my yard, and the loud sound of wood planks and roof tiles hitting the walkway btwn our houses that's on my property. All this with absolutely no notice. At first I was upset at my neighbor but immediately thought that he'd never not notify us at least 24hrs ahead of time. Even if they didn't need to be in my yard he'd still have mentioned it. Nope. Turns out these guys showed up at 7am without my neighbors knowledge. He never confirmed any work would be done that day. Because the house is used as an Airbnb most of the time it was occupied with paying guests that morning and thru the next 2 days so he'd never have had roof work done with paying guests staying there. When all was said and done they left a big mess for me to clean up (while my neighbors yard looked as if they'd never been there save the sign advertising their work proudly posted on the front lawn). They barely spoke English and seemed annoyed that I'd be furious about how they just decided to take my locked gate apart and then make me chase after them to put it back when they were done!

  This has to be the most unprofessional company that I have every dealt with. I ask for an estimate and was left with a business card to call another company. Unbelievable!

  I highly recommend TurkMasters. I replaced my roof and removed 3 skylights. Moe and his crew did an amazing job! Moe is extremely knowledgeable and offered advice for better attic ventilation and water runoff. His crew was very timely, professional and careful to protect my home, deck, fence and surrounding bushes. They worked extremely hard and did a wonderful job cleaning up my property. The price was reasonable and I am a very happy and satisfied customer! Update 8/8/2026: TurkMasters stands behind their warranty. I had a couple minor issues that needed work related to last year's roof replacement and they remedied the issues within two days from my phone call. They are very reliable!

  I was very impressed that the super Visor was actually the owner of the company he was right up on the roof with the guys making sure everything was right very nice man, company was very respectful. They cleaned up their stuff after the job was done. They did a great job an it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them .👍👍

  TurkMasters took care of the failing roof on my house and garage, and kept me posted while the work was going on. The crew was professional, cleaned up well, and the price felt fair for the quality. My garage and second floor now feel about 15 degrees cooler in the summer.

  Moses came by before the crew started and explained what they found, which helped a lot. They handled a major roof repair, gutters and soffits, and the work was finished clean and neat. The team was professional, on time, and the house looks so much better now.

  Moe & his team did one top notch job . Replaced the roof , added plywood, new skylight, solar fan , facia and gutters! Everything was done in 1 day ! The crew was very professional and courteous. Everything was cleaned up to the last nail. The whole house was protected as well as my neighbors. Each neighbor was thoroughly impressed ,with the crew working on the roof across the street, as I type this review

  I had a full roof replacement with copper valleys, and new gutters. Moses and his full crew did an exceptional job, very professional. Upon the old roof tear off, Moses noted structural issues that needed to be addressed, I was given a couple options before we proceeded. TurkMasters is not one of those wham bam we’re out of here outfits. I got a quality job and I feel it will last many years.
