I took a day off work for my appointment and right before the appointment, I'm waiting just to look at my phone and got a text no phone call that they are not coming. If this is how they do business , will they show up to actually do the work. They didn't value my time nor had any consideration for my time.

I had high hopes for this company, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. The salesman, Austin, comes across as arrogant and full of himself, acting like he's God's gift to roofing. Instead of focusing on the needs of the customer, he seemed more interested in selling himself. To make matters worse, their pricing is outrageous—about 1.5 times the cost of reputable competitors like AVA and Buffalo Roofing. There was no clear justification for the higher price, and frankly, the attitude alone was enough to send me looking elsewhere. If you're considering a new roof, do yourself a favor and get quotes from other companies first. You’ll likely find better pricing and a much more professional experience.

To start off positive, when I was actually able to speak with someone, they were pleasant. My major issue is lack of communication. I had a bit of a roofing issue and wanted to get the situation resolved as quick as possible, so I called …

We couldn’t be happier with the work that Kris and O’Connor Contracting did on our home! They completed our patio roof along with all of the soffit, metal work and gutters. The finished product is absolutely amazing. The quality and attention to detail are outstanding, and everything looks even better than we imagined. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly timely, respectful, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the project, we always knew what was happening and felt confident that everything was being handled properly. They showed up when they said they would, kept everything organized, and took great pride in their work. It’s not often that you find a company that delivers such high-quality work while also providing such a great customer experience. We are extremely impressed with the results and would highly recommend O’Connor Contracting. Amazing work and an amazing team!! Thank you!

When I called O'Connor Contracting for an estimate on a new roof, owner Kris O'Connor was out to my house the same day. I had the estimate before he left and a contract emailed to me the next morning. Kris was very thorough and answered any questions or concerns. Kris & Chad visited job site many times and made sure I was satisfied during and on job completion. This job took three days with Kris's crew working three twelve hour days in 85 deg temperatures to complete. Professional, attention to detail, great cleanup and even cleaned the mold and mildew off my attic gable vents that I couldn't reach. Would use again in the future and highly recommend! Thanks Kris!

I own the Varysburg Hotel in Varysburg ny 14167. Kris came out and gave me a very good estimate for the work that needed to get done. It was a 30 sq roof with 4 layers of old shingles on it that needed to get taking off. He also did some siding on the building that they are excellent at also. Kris came out with his crew and got the job done in 3 days. It was amazing on what him and his crew did. 5 stars is not enough for this company. They deserve more in my eyes. If you want to check his work out go to 2486 rt 20a Varysburg ny 14167. This roof was done in june of 2026.

Chris and his team did an amazing job with the roof on my apartment building. Very clean and my property and tenants were respected. I was told of any possible increase in price when consultation was done as they can not see the wood prior to the old roof being torn off. I wouls definitely use again.
