  Had a quote done to fix the back of my daughter’s house in May, 2022. They came out in October and put a ban-aide on the worst part. We are still waiting for the rest of the job to be completed. I text the owner with no response.

  I had called to set up an estimate for siding and also a home addition. The woman on the phone said they don't do renovations or additions, even though their website says different. Joe came out to do an estimate, we had about a 3 minute conversation, he said he had to do measurements. Then he just left without saying anything else. I had to call him to ask what the next steps were, and he said he would drop off the estimate in a couple days. That was about 3 weeks ago, still don't have an estimate. He seemed like he was annoyed because I wanted an estimate for new siding but there wasn't anything wrong with our current siding. I also asked about windows as we want to update the older windows, he said they do a few, not the whole house. Again, there website says windows but you only do a few? I understand your a roofing company but don't advertise things you don't do or don't want to do. The estimate process wasn't professional at all. We hadn't called any other companies yet and weren't sure how it works. He didn't explain anything at all and just left. Won't be doing business with them.

  Hello Ashley, We have called and spoke to you a couple times to try to resolve this. As we explained there was a mix up in reps that came out as the rep that came out does not usually bid siding and windows. He had to be away the next day so didn’t have time to call you, so he gave the information to the office to have the correct rep come out and do a estimate, but this was not assigned right away due to scheduling. We do apologize this was a mistake and a miscommunication. We get your frustration but a call to the office and we could’ve resolved this

  Please save your time and money and do not go with this company. They are unresponsive, their crew members are rude and messy, and they tried charging us for extra work we did not sign off on, also extra work due to a mistake their crew made. This has been one of the worst customer experiences I have ever dealt with.

  We had an issue with roof and gutters was promised he would return to fix. He got the money and never returned. Not happy!

  I had a great experience with Stellar roofing. From start to finish they were fantastic to work with. Scott was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable about the entire project. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in getting a new roof

  Choosing Buffalo’s Best for a complete tear-off, and roof replacement was the best decision I made! The project managers were amazing! They were always available to answer questions. Having experienced roofers in the past, I can honestly say that the hard-working men that worked on my roof were second to none. They were quiet and respectful of my property and extremely professional! I was so impressed by them! Buffalo’s Best Roofing definitely is the Best!

  Good roofing company to work with! Went with them after getting a couple estimates for a tear off for my house and garage. Roofing Estimator, James, was easy-going, not-pushy, informative and communicative whenever I had questions. Project Manager, Austin, was communicative on the roofing dates and times. The roofing crew, especially Omar, were all respectful and hard-working. The Project Manager on site, Sam, came by a few times through the couple days that the crew was working on the roofs to let me know what was going on, answered any questions and concerns, made sure all the nails were picked up, and was friendly and communicative whenever needed!

  I called them out for an estimate. They were able to fix my siding the same day. They were wonderful. Did a great job. Very nice people. Will probably get them to do more jobs for me. Happy customer.

  I was looking for someone to replace a cedar shake roof on a small building with a hot tub in it. I called several companies and Buffalo's Best best was the only one who would take the job. Their crew came out and did a perfect job! The guys were polite efficient and experienced! I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.
