  Worst experience ever, i get an estimate done and i wait 3 weeks and never hear anything so i call and they sent it to a email that doesnt exist. So it get it sent and i signed it for the next day for it to be canceled because the estimate was low. What a waste.

  Had horrible experience 5 years ago with taking over 6 months to complete project. Now I have warranty issue with leaking roof. I hated the thought of dealing with them again and they are proving themselves just as unreliable as 5 years ago. Horrible communication with no follow up. You have to stay on top of them or nothing gets done. Stay away!

  Not a customer - I was driving behind one of your box trucks and found out the hard way that it's brake lights don't work. Really professional.

  I was driving down my street and stopped at the stop sign on Westwood and Townline rd. That corner is a 4 way stop. As I was at the stop sign I saw a Buffalo Roofing truck speeding down Townline and blew through the stop sign!! Thank God I stayed stopped or his van would have been in my driver side door!! I would NEVER allow this company on my roof. If they are this careless when driving I can’t imagine them working on my house.

  Worst experience. They not only overcharged us but their roofers went through my ceilings 3x. Repair job to the ceilings were horrible. Plants outside were damaged and we're still picking up nails and roofing pieces in our yard. Left a huge mess in the attic from the tear off. An absolute disgrace. Do yourself a favor, hire another roofing company!!

  I had my roof done by this company three years ago but was suppose to be a complete tear off and replace. Since I’ve had multiple issues with the kitchen leaking. They send out teens to fix it but it continues to leak. They did this four times before actually come out to tear off replace the whole section again (mind you less than three years since it’s been done-obviously wasn’t done right) the roof doesn’t leak in that location currently but took almost two years to begin showing signs so who knows. Currently we have a even larger issue going on. My whole side on my roof is collapsing and falling down. It’s causing internal wall and mold dam angle inside my home. I’ve had multiple people come out to inspect it who told me that who ever installed the roof caused this issue. That the roof in this area was in fact not torn Off like stated in the contract but in fact just re shingled over existing shingles and rotted wood. Along reviewing other review i see that this is a common problem with the company. They are horrible at responding to calls and warranty repair. I left messages for weeks before anyone even called me back about the first issue I stated. The second one I’m not even bothering to reach out because I don’t trust them. I’ll see them in court.

  Upon further review of the metal roof that Buffalo Roofing installed I had the roof inspected by a friend and it turns out the crew did a shotty job at best. He found short panels that when looking up to the peak the ice shield was visible. Three panels are short. Many scratches on roof and a very ugly area in a valley. After only two weeks after installation they are making repairs already. This is not a good company to hire. The salesman wanted a 5 star review of work which I reluctantly did at first but now I’m changing my review to a 2 star. Now to the gutters, the metal crew failed to inspect facia which stopped the gutter installer in his tracks . Yes I have a 100 year old house with thin facia but they new gutters were coming and caused a delay. Buffalo roofing is not the company to hire.

  I needed some minor repairs to the fascia and a soffit that was caused by wind damage. Hamed Kassem came to my home, reviewed the repairs, provided a reasonable estimate, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I'm happy with the results and would use Buffalo Roofing in the future for similar work.

  I contacted buffalo roofing to replace my roof. Tyler came in a matter of days and gave me an estimate. This was in mid July 2026. I now have a new roof end of july!!! Mitchell, Tyler and his crew were courteous and professional. The guys had roof done in a day and really worked non stop. Just sharing my experienc and recommend them whole heartedly 😊

  Tyler was amazing with meeting with me prior to me deciding on a roofing company. No pressure, just professional all the way. Job completed in a day and a half - only one issue I had and it was resolved almost immediately and I am very pleased!

  We had a few companies come to give estimates. Tyler was the only one to actually get up on the roof and physically look at it. He explained what was needed and what they would do very well to us without being pushy about choosing them. We got a full roof replacement but Tyler did a great job explaining the different options for us. They got to us in about a week after signing the contract (other companies gave us a 6 week estimated start date.) They were great with communication. A porch light got bumped during installation (accidents happen, no big deal) and they were quick about getting us the money to replace it, no arguments or hassle. Already have recommended them to friends looking for a new roof

  Ice Dam Removal... Arrived on time, efficient, informative and very polite. I would use them again and will likely call them in the spring to check the roof for damage. They were here less than a week ago and I have already recommended them to two friends for the same service.
