  Graves roofing-Buffalo, was a complete disappointment. Poor communication and extreamly poor response. My roofing repair never got off the ground. Joe my estimator, was especially uncooperative never following up with promised details or information that I needed to turn into my insurance agent. He even spoke to my insurance agent and still refused to get the information I was requesting to me so I could turn it in. I ended up going with a roofing company that was transparent and upfront with their estimate and got me the information that I needed in a timely manner.

  Did a gutter job for me and ever since everytime it rains one side of the house the water just going straight down not to the drain system I’ve tried calling they sent guys out 2 times and I don’t see any difference not sure what to do but I really hope they fix this because the water has started sipping into my foundation!!

  I spent a significant amount of money on a new roof, and I expected the project to be completed with professionalism, care, and respect for my property. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. From the beginning, there were issue after issue. Crew members urinated on both the front and back of my garage, which is completely unacceptable, especially with young children at home. Cigarette butts were also left in my driveway, adding to the lack of respect shown for my property. The crew also used both of my neighbors' properties without any prior discussion or notice, leaving me to apologize for something I wasn't even aware would happen. To make matters worse, they left nails, staples, roofing debris, and even burnt patches of grass on my neighbor's property. During the installation, three of my window screens were punctured, leaving us unable to open those windows until the company repairs or replaces the screens. Our siding and solar battery was scuffed, and the wrong color pipe flashing was almost installed had we not been paying attention. No protective tarping was used to help prevent damage to our property during the installation even though we were promised there would be. The final cleanup was also inadequate. Even after both a crew member and the on-site supervisor returned to clear the yard, we continued to find copious amounts of nails, along with staples and metal debris, throughout our property. This created an ongoing safety hazard for our family and demonstrated that the cleanup was not completed thoroughly. For such an expensive project, I expected much better communication, workmanship, cleanup, and respect for my home and those around it. Instead, I was left dealing with property damage, inadequate protection of my property, repeated cleanup issues, and unprofessional conduct that affected not only my family but also my neighbors. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and hope they make meaningful improvements to their superv

  A few weeks ago one of their clowns came knocking on my door trying to sell me a roof. Said my roofs in bad shape and I've got lifted shingles, my roofs 4 years old and in mint shape. Thought he could pull a fast one on my wife and I because we're young, but were not dumb and naive. Pretty much had to tell the guy to get off my property before I force him off (10+ minutes harassing us to buy a roof) because he just kept harassing us and wouldn't take no for an answer. Shady sales tactics. They probably harassed their customers for a 5 star review in exchange for an Amazon gift card. Im sure they're work is good, but their sales tactics are scummy. Can't imagine the elderly they rip off.

  June 2026 update. Do not use. Try your luck in another place. tl;dr: roof is leaking after a year - took 3 weeks for "temporary fix". roof is leaking again - "permanent fix". roof is leaking again - another "permanent fix". each time new guy comes in, each time they find new issue, each time "it's fixed for good now", each time it is not. It's been 3 months since the first leak, we are still doing back and forth. --- Took 27k, replaced the roof, and damaged the gutters in places; now it's leaking (3rd time), and I've been ghosted for weeks. 10/10 will definitely recommend to people I don't like. --- old review below tl;dr - work fast and efficient? Yes. Great sales pitch? Sure. Come to your door "we are in the neighborhood. wanna change the roof?" Yes, sir. Excellent communications after the contract is signed? Hell, no. Paperwork for advertised warranty takes 4-8 week to arrive. Price seems reasonable, the materials seem to be good quality, they work pretty efficiently, but do expect to find a couple of nails lying around. p.s. My initial rating 3/5, coz I've seen and heard from PM exactly once at the moment "let's look at the roof from your driveway and sign the documents". Despite multiple assurances of involvement and "keeping you up to date". Wasn't even informed about the additional cost of wood for repairs 🤷‍♂️

  Misleading advertising that says they do metal roof repairs but they actually want to do a total teardown of a metal roof that is in great condition.

  This company has been a nightmare to deal with. The original roof they installed was an absolute disaster. The EPDM material had wrinkles, bubbles and patches. Yes, they actually patched a brand new roof. I refused to sign for the financing until it was corrected and attempt #2 took place with much the same results. I also noticed that water on my roof after it rained would stand for days before drying up which never happened on my old roof. I was assured that these defects would not compromise the integrity of the roof and that they followed the same structure the previous roof had. Less than a year later my roof started leaking. It took over a month for this company to attempt a repair with no care for the fact that I had an active leak going on and my family could be exposed to mold. They do not timely return calls and messages once they have your money as the other 1 star reviews point out. Attempt number 3 to repair the roof simply moved the standing water on the roof from one area to another. In addition, the damage to my ceiling from the leak has not been fixed. I regret not reading the one star reviews prior to hiring them. Let me add my voice- DO NOT HIRE THEM. Unfortunately, i bought into the fancy sales pitch and I am now in a worse position than I started out with. I still have a defective roof and now I have accumulated debt to pay for it. If you decide to take the risk and hire them, make sure you know which surety company bonds them and make sure that bond covers defective work. Do not depend on their warranty alone. A consumer should not have to make multiple calls and leave multiple messages to have a company behave ethically.

  Great company from sales to finished roof project. The project manager (Mike) provided updates and details of work along the process! Mike provided resolution to issues and upgrades at no extra cost! His crew was professional and provided excellent work and clean up! The many photos of the job from start to finish were fantastic!   The project manager Matthew MacDonald was great, and installation and clean-up were perfect. The salesman Mark Besldat was knowledgeable and efficient about roofing but pushy and critical in many areas unrelated to roofing, and creepy in several other ways, like many salesman, so my trust and like of him are low, and I was glad to have him out of my house. My 5 stars are entirely related to the installation day itself.

  Just had our roof completely redone earlier this month Jack and his crew did an amazing job. The new roof is beautiful and the yard and driveway are all cleaned up beautifully. They draped the entire house and all around to contain the mess. We had a triple layer tear off. I was very impressed they were completely finished in one day. They started at 6:45am and were here till after sunset. I do appreciate that we weren’t dealing with day after day of crews going up and down and around the house with a dog and toddler at home it’s nice to have the yard back right away.

  Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a barn roof that needed fixing on one side. They replaced old metal with shingles and it looks wonderful. The finished job looks great and we would recommend them to anyone. They are a little pricey but the work is great.
