  I had a very disappointing experience with Dmitry. He came across as stuck-up, lacking basic courtesy and professionalism throughout our interaction. It felt like he was doing me a favor just by talking to me—definitely not the attitude you want when making an important purchase or investment. There was no sense of respect or class in how he handled things. I would strongly recommend considering other options where you’ll likely receive far better service and a more respectful approach.

  Our neighbors told us to give Dalex a call, because they had such a great experience with them. Unfortunately, we'll never know if they're good or not. After filling out their online form, they called us to make an appointment BUT THEN GHOSTED US. I took a half day off work to attend the scheduled estimate, but no one ever showed up. I finally did get a return call from my message to them asking what happened, and the answer was just "we don't see you on our schedule". I won't make that mistake again. Also, it looks like when they mess up, they delete you from their database, then the owner will reply accusing you of reviewing the wrong roofing company. Whatever he claims, I can confirm this was absolutely 100% Dalex.

  I would love to be able to give a review about their work, but I wouldn’t know I did get them to come out and do measurements. They said they’d have to do a quote and email it to me but never did and while there they made it seem like this would not be something I could afford asking me are you sure this is something you will be able to do. Not sure if it’s because I was a woman or unmarried but yes, my house needed some repairs (As it was at that time just purchased and is from the 1800s) I moved on and purchased a new metal roof instead for both my house and my barn & paid cash.

  I hate to leave this review but after talking to a couple others when asking around i made the decision due to my wasted time. Had them quote a roof ' bigger job for my mothers house ' and it was story after story of why they could not seem to get the estimate to me. Come to find out this is how they turn down jobs instead of just saying not interested or its to big of a job at the moment. So if you never get a quote after you contact them - this is the reason.

  I'd like to see free estimates...and more availability when needed for estimates...I was told its 55$....and then if I decide to go w your crew...its deducted frm labor costs....thats not free...but you saying that...I will hold u to it soon.

  Hi I'm not sure what why this 2 star review was posted. New roof estimates are always free for Homeowners. If you have a roof issue or leak but do not think you need your full roof replaced. We charge a Very SMALL fee to do a inspection/diagnosis of the issue. Not every roof that leaks needs to be replaced. NEW Roof estimates are free for Homeowners. Trouble shooting leaks or inspections are chargeable. During the spring rush 7-10 business day lead time is above our industry norm. This review is unreasonable.   This company is very prompt and professional. They did a very thorough job investigating my leak saving me thousands. They really know their stuff and I would highly recommend them to anyone needed roofing work.

  The Dalex crew carried out a monumental project on our roof. They discovered a problem we had no idea existed, designed a system to repair it, and then completed the work with the utmost of professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. The cleanup was outstanding! They have our complete confidence, and we will definitely be contacting them if a future need arises. Their prices are very fair, and the job quality is top notch.

  Dalex just completed my roof and gutters. From the start the Maksim who did the estimate noticed some things a couple suggestions the other companies did not which helped in my decision in choosing them on top of lots of recommendations from others. He also got me the estimate very quickly and went through the pros and cons of all their product choices. The crew came not long after signing the contract and the roof was completed in about a half and a half. This included taking down the chimney and having to install some additional plywood to soft spots. The project manager Alex followed up and kept me informed throughout the entire process up until completion. Would recommend them to anyone.

  The Dalex team soled two problems with the home we purchased within a week! One around the chimney where we had a significant leak in the home we purchased. and the team identified the cause of a second leak on a different part of the house that only occurred when we had downpours.   Dalex was excellent from start to finish. Dmitry was by far the most thorough of those who came out for an inspection and quote to replace my roof. He was responsive to questions and explained everything very well. And Vitaly was just as professional in scheduling and overseeing the work. They cleaned up immaculately after they were done as well. Highly recommended.
