  Be careful with letting the do roof repairs. We had two areas of our roof repaired less than a year ago. One area was repaired and no leaks. The other leak is now leaking worse than it did before the work was done. I have called two times …

  I would avoid this company at all costs! The office staff cannot communicate with customers or effectively schedule appointments. I was asked to pay for my roof repair in full to get on their schedule, and once the scheduled day came, no one showed up. I had to contact them to find out they would not be showing up because of the weather. I tried to reschedule and was told that she would call me back that day once she spoke with Chris. No one called me for two days, and again, I had to reach out only to be told that they "might" be out Thursday or Friday. I have now left three voicemails at the office and emailed Chris directly. I am now waiting to get a refund if anyone decides to answer their phone or emails. If you need anything done, I would recommend calling Buckhead Roofing because they are much more professional and organized.

  Had an appointment with Truth for roof replacement, waited all morning for them to come, no show, called office, and was told there was no record of the appointment. Asked for a reschedule, and was told they would call back with date and they never called back…

  Today at 3:15pm you were to come to our home and give a free estimate for our roof to be fixed. It is now 4:30pm and no one has showed up and no one has called and no one answers any of the numbers just press 1 for sale associate and I called at least six times. This is so non-professional. no stars given.

  Truth Roofing came out to add flashing to 3 chimneys. It took a while to coordinate the schedule with them because after I signed the contract they forgot about me until I called and explained again what I needed. Chris promised they'd be out the next day, they weren't - no call and no show, I had to call and find out what was going on. They did the job but it's not pretty by any means and there's a single shingle flipped up on my roof. I called to ask what I should do about this single and Chris said they'd be out the next day, they weren't and I never got a call. Terrible communication, no warranty of any kind, I'm incredibly nervous that they did not do a complete job and I'll still be having leaks so now with every rain I'll be up in my attic looking for water. The other reviews solidify my fear. ETA: I still haven't received a callback. Luckily Luke from Garden City Roofing was available to come and review the work and he put my mind at ease with the job and offered to fix the upturned shingle and told me how to do it myself. This is what I, as a homeowner, value - not just the job getting done but the follow-up and education. 1\10 recommend Truth Roofing. 10\10 recommend Garden City Roofing, Windows, and Siding.

  Over priced and would not recommend. Was charged for 6 guys for 6 hours but was only at my house for not even 5 hours. Also on the overall bill there was a 30% addition that I have no idea on what that was for. To replace the screws on my roof it cost about $7k. Was going to recommend them to another business but would not recommend. We also have dogs that we instructed them to call at least 30 minutes prior and that never happened. From my experience there is a serious lack of communication within their business it seems. Would go with someone else. Updated 6/29/2024 Called and emailed owner back on May 9th and I was told that someone would be calling me the following week. They pulled screws that were supposed to replace they pulled and never put back. That caused a leak that stained my ceiling in my living room that I get to look at entry day. Now today the screws that they didn't replace on top of the chimney is dripping down on to the fireplace, that will have to be fixed before the next rain or I will have more damage to my house that I spent $6,800 on just for them to replace the screws in a metal roof. The images that I added are the same ones I sent to the Chris, the owner of the company. Also, to add to it I'll include the picture of screws that I found of one side of my house (screws picture Dec 8, 2023) that they used to justify coming back for a half day to clean up. One of my dogs stepped on a screw and was bleeding from it. I know this because I found the bloody screw outside the doggy door and bloody paw prints. Also, my lawnmower had a back flat tire that I had to patch due to one of the screws I found. In my opinion if you are looking for someone to work on your roof, I would recommend anyone else because these people are in the business to make money for themselves and do not look after their customers

  Hi Tony. Thanks for the feedback here. While it's tough to hear, we are always looking for areas to improve -- including our communication. When you signed on with us, we thought both parties were aligned on the significant discount we provided you on your roof repair. Clearly we did not set expectations well enough. In addition, we told you we would be there between 10 and 12, and then arrived during that window. However, we should have been more specific in our heads up time, and we apologize.   Truth Roofing did a great job installing a new roof on our house!! Edward was by far the most knowledgeable person I spoke with and was very helpful with my insurance company. He pointed out other issues that needed repair. The crew was great and spent hours cleaning up after the roof was completed. I would give more stars if I could! Thank you Terry for all of your help!

  If I could give 10 stars I would. From beginning to the end of the entire process was awesome. Our sales person Edward was amazing and knowledgeable as well as Terry. Very nice and honest people. I will definitely recommend to anyone. Our roof looks GREAT!!!!

  Truth Roofing did a great job on my roof, which was damaged by Helene. Chris helped me pick a new color and I love it. They were quick and cleaned up any nails and material from my yard. Definitely recommend.

  Roof Savers did what they promise. The fixed a couple of bad boots during the inspection, and replace a few shinngs. It took two days. Day #1: Washed the roof down to where it actually shine and waited two weeks because of all the rain we had. Then once the rain left Day #2: They came back and put the sealing coat on it. The financing was a piece of cake as well. All in all great product and great team efforted.
