  I live at PineGate West my roof above my door has been leaking for months water just runs down the inside of the door. There is a approx 10 foot piece of siding that has came down from the very top. Today I was informed this company put follow up on hold for a few more days. Very poor customer service.

  We originally would have given this company 5 stars for both the quality of their work and their customer service. We were initially very pleased with the communication and service we received during our roofing and siding projects. Unfortunately, our experience since then has changed that rating considerably. For the past two months, we have been trying to reach someone regarding warranty work needed on several of our buildings. We have called, texted, and emailed multiple times and have not been able to get a response from anyone. A warranty is only valuable if the company stands behind its work and is available when an issue arises. We need to be able to depend on our contractors not only during the original project, but afterward as well. We would be happy to update our review if someone would simply contact us and address the outstanding warranty issues.

  Very messy with the roof tear off, roofing parts were left all over our yard. Used the wrong color trim, flashing around the chimney is loose, trim very sloppy, we had to drive in nails that were sticking up, used the wrong type of roof cap. Overall very poorly done. Do not recommend.

  They were very personable and made the experience painless. Even when insurance did not want to cover our whole roof, Nate and the team fought with us until the whole roof was covered!

  Our project manager was polite, answered every question expedientely we had and was to come out and provide us with samples of both roof tiles and gutter colors. The teams who replaced them was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them!!

  I really want to convey what a great company Trusted Roofing is. I can't speak highly enough of Matt Nixon and his crew. Matt didn't ask for a review, I asked if I could give one. Why? Because from the start, Matt ensured the process of replacing our roof was seamless, and professionally done. Trusted Roofing was actually recommended by my insurance company and I see why. Matt handled all issues regarding the claim and completed all paperwork the Insurance company required. Obviously, my project was large, but I would recommend Matt for repairs, inspection and anything else roof related. Going forward, I will not use anyone else.

  The best guys in the business! Not only did they do a great job of putting a new roof on my rental after a recent hail storm, they also brought cookies to all my neighbors! Pretty great experience.
