  Working with this company has been nothing but a nightmare. 15 months later and work is still done. Cole comes and goes. Communication is horrible to say the least. Get a text for depreciation check but work still isn’t done. Had Harry do work said he was going to do all this work for so much money then sends a guy here and replaces 1 board and small piece of plywood. Could have done it ourselves. While talking one day to Cole I was told they are getting houses done in other storm damaged areas in 6-8 weeks and here I sit 15 months later and work is not done. Other neighbors have stopped them from continuing because work is/was not done in a timely manner. I would not allow them to ever do work for me again. Definitely would not recommend.

  I get about 20 calls a day from a number claiming to be kingdom krafters, I have asked to be removed from whatever calling list they have me on but they don't stop. I am not a homeowner, I do not need work done, leave me alone.

  After a tree fell through our roof on the Sunday of a holiday weekend, the team called the day of the incident and showed up the following AM. I couldn’t be more pleased with their responsiveness, professionalism and quality work.

  I got Cole’s number from a trusted friend. He didn’t pressure me and kept up to date through the process. THE REPAIRS EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION. I walked my roof after they were done and there were no exposed nails, the shingles overlapped the drip edge and the step flashing was done right. Shout out to Marco.
