The Manager will be calling today to set up a meeting to discuss everything and get an action plan in place to get everything taken care of. We will reimburse for the tires and ensure that everything is done 100%.

  Bad!!! After the project was done was advised i still owed my deductible. Even after talking to two people i still wasnt believed. Tyen finally a manager agreed. Then i was harassed for over a month by the project consultant for moey the insurance never gave me. End recently by him calling me a liar. Threatening to put a luen on my house and he even threatened to come to my home and said that i better answer the door. I had to threaten to call the cops to.kerp him away. He screamed and yelled at me. Finally after all that the manager called again and said i was right i never received the money for the supplemental and apologized for his staff behavior.Read the two other comments. I was treat as less than human even after paying over $12000. Fought with all of you for a month that i didnt owe anything that it was the insurance company. I was accused of lying and keeping money from you. I was threatened with a lien against my home for money the insurance company was not going to pay. I was threatened that one of your vety very angry consultants were coming to my house and i better answer the door. Had the threaten police action to keep him away. Luckily he did stay away. Im a good person who pays my bills. Non of this was my fault yet i was treated subhuman. So my advice is treat everyone with kindness no matter the circumstances. I as a customer should have never ever been yelled at, threatened. Or anything of the kind. Please do better god bless.

  Aspen replaced our roof 15 years ago. I called to have them come out to handle our current hail claim. I was going to have them do the replacement again because we were so happy with their service and workmanship the last time. We scheduled an appointment. No one showed up. I called and was told he would be out the next day and would call first. Again, no one showed up and no phone call either. I get that the weather might not cooperate or something comes up, or maybe you’re too busy and don’t need my business. At the bare minimum, all I ask for is a little communication. A phone call goes a long way. Moving on to a roofing company that wants and appreciates my business.

  Free estimates are not free if you for not use their services or are a property management company working with an owner. Estimates are very high compared to competitors unless you are using insurance.

  Had a new roof put on and since then we have had 5 leaks. Manager told us “that’s what the warranty is for” instead of admitting they did a faulty job.

  Initially I was looking forward to working with them. They completed the work on my home in a timely manner but I didn’t need much. I referred my daughter to them and am very disappointed with their communication and response time. They completed the roof quickly but haven’t finished the roof over the deck or gutters. We haven’t heard anything about the siding at all. We worked with one representative and he just stopped communicating. We finally asked for a different representative, who came by once and has also seemed to have disappeared. It’s been 3 months and we’re still waiting. I would not recommend them again.

  Ben was great to work with. The whole process, including assessing damages, working with our insurance, and replacing the roof and gutters, was completed in a very timely manner and made everything easy from my end. When there was an issue with one of the new gutters, Ben arranged for it to be fixed quickly.

  Was a generally positive experience. Quick service from quote to finished product. Good service and fair price with a good warranty. Update- still waiting on project manager who I won’t name yet to send pictures to insurance so I can get paid. Still waiting….still waiting….maybe he wasn’t near as competent as he portrayed

  Great to work with Bryan Angle was very detail on what was going to happen thru out the process took us step by step thru it all, The crews did amazing also cleaned up well . couldn't of asked for a better company to do the full roof repair and also took care of some damage to some wood around the fireplace also for us.

  Aspen Contracting initially installed the roof on our new house when it was built in 2016 as a contractor for the builder. There was a couple times over the first years or so that we asked Aspen to come service the roof shingles. They were courteous and fast. They even worked on a related gutter matter even they did not install the gutters. Ten years later ,2026 when we needed a roofer because we had hail damage to our roof, gutters and down spouts we did not hesitate to hire Aspen Contracting to work with our insurance carrier because we knew they would provide good service and stand behind their labor. They even upgraded our shingles from builder grade to level 3 impact so we could get a significant discount on our insurance premium.
