  Dang, a one star review for missing a voicemail? Marcus! I think it might have been 6 years ago but nonetheless Marcus, we’re so sorry we missed your call! Was the second message you left on Tuesday morning? I can see we certainly picked that one up and your contact information was submitted to the production department to get ahold of you to find out more. Also, If you don’t mind sharing the date/time of the VM you’d left previously with them so that they can pass that information on to me…All calls are recorded so I will find out who dropped the ball specifically and take the appropriate corrective action. It shouldn’t happen again but, If we haven’t reached back out to you within 24-48 hours, please by all means feel free to hold the staff accountable, give us another call, wait a little longer, or…(leave a 1 star Google review seems a bit much) but regardless, that’s completely up to you of course!

  I called for a roof estimate. Shane called back and stated, "Oh I did a google search on your house, it's going to be a minimum of 25k on your roof probable more." My insurance company came out and did an inspection and gave me a "FULL replacement of 15.5k." I had 4 other companies come out to bid my roof repair and none were over 16k and all had massive warranties and guarantees on labor plus the manufacturer's warranty, which Shane stated they don't guarantee any of their work; only manufacture's warranty on the shingles. Don't let the name "Integrity" fool you. There is zero religion in their company and zero "integrity" in their business practices. If they can screw you over on a 10k roof repair and charge you 25k+ they won't even look back.

  Integrity...... thats a stretch. My friend paid $10k in Aug 2025 and was told her siding would be done by Nov 2025. Its now May 2026. No siding and she keeps getting yanked around. Your 3rd on the list, your next, now your 5th. Its almost been a year!!! What kind of 'Integrity' is that??? Buyer beware!

  So many delays, so many errors in materials, so many poor excuses with my siding project. Calls and emails not answered, no shows without contacting me. So much trash left in my yard including hundreds of nails, sharp metal pieces, food waste and over EIGHT pounds of asbestos siding pieces. I would not recommend Integrity Roofing.

  Don't get your work done through this business! They sub contract it out so they are not liable to any damage from improper installation. They give you the run around for a year just to tell you they are not liable because they did not do the work. NO INTEGRITY FROM THEM. A SHAME TO HAVE THE CROSS IN THEIR LOGO

  Yes, you are correct—when we entered your address (copied and pasted) into Zillow, it pulled up your neighbor’s property instead of yours. Because the homes appear nearly identical—even down to the color—we initially believed it was your home. As we had explained, we used Zillow to better understand the construction era and potential electrical standards for your property. During that process, we noticed the non-functioning outlet (which we believed to be in your living room) wasn’t shown in any of the listing photos. That led us to believe it may have been added more recently. That said, we’re currently reviewing things on our end, as it appears the message we intended/believed was sent may not have gone through. You should have received the following email response regarding the mix-up with the house photos: Hi Jill, Yes, you're absolutely right—when we entered your address (copied and pasted) into Zillow, it pulled up your neighbor’s property instead of yours. Based on that, we initially believed it was your home. We’ve escalated this to our Owner, who is currently reviewing the situation. Based on your review, it seems this message didn’t reach you. We had believed it was sent and will follow up with the team member responsible for sending it once he returns on Monday. When we completed your siding in February, there were no reported concerns with your outlets. We first became aware of the issue when you contacted us on June 10th to let us know your interior outlets were no longer working. While this is not something we’ve encountered before, our team did go out to investigate and confirmed that no breakers were damaged or tripped. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and for allowing us to investigate thoroughly. We appreciate your patience and the chance to make sure everything is addressed with care. A member of our team will be reaching out next week.

  I highly recommend this company. Dan was willing to come out the same day I had reported a problem with a leak. He went above and beyond with his friendly service and not only fixed an area around a vent pipe, but also nailed down some loose shingles that he noticed while he was up there.

  This is the second time we’ve used Integrity (complete roofing first) and we’re very satisfied with the company - their customer service, knowledge and quality of the work.   WOW! Dan and his crew were on site before 8am and finished our total gutter replacement and fascia repairs by 1030am! Picked up and cleaned up and our house looks SOOOOO much better. Total bill under $2900. Signed job order Monday and done on Thursday, 67 hours later. Integrity is simply the best!!! Would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you, guys!!!

  Integrity Roofing has been nothing but a nightmare for us. To start, the sales person missed the first 2 appointments he had scheduled with us. Finally, made it on the 3rd attempt. He convinced us we needed an entirely new roof. However, after the interactions and other workmanship we've experienced, we're pretty sure we did not. We had them install a new sliding glass door. The first door they installed was the cheapest door they could get their hands on at Lowe's. They charged us almost 10 times their cost. I was able to verify this because when they installed it, they left all the stickers all over the door that included the model number. They agreed to install a "better" door. It took them 7 weeks to get another door from Lowe's. If this is a real window/door company, why are they buying from Lowe's?? They installed the new sliding glass door. It is installed wrong. It has a hump in the bottom so the door is hard to open/close at that section. They were also supposed to fix a leaking egress window for us. Nope, it leaks worse now. We have been back and forth with them so much we never want them back at our house again. Not even to fix their bad workmanship. We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

  This is the second home project working with Integrity. We had 17 windows replaced and had them wrap and additional 15. Shane was our salesman. He was great to work with and really listened to what we wanted done and helped us get there. He even stopped by to check on our satisfaction level towards the end of the project. Ruben was the project supervisor. He was very polite, respectful of our time and worked fast to implement changes to the project after day 1. We made him jump through hoops, so the Integrity family could deliver satisfaction. Wilson and his team of installers worked hard. Our home was built in 1929 and has a ton of decorative and detailed window wood frames on the exterior. They worked for 4 days during one of the hottest weeks to deliver fantastic results. The team of installers were very respectful, skilled and kept the yard clean. We support Integrity because they deliver on quality. Do what you say and say as you do is the mentality they have and that’s what we appreciate ‼️ Raving fans here‼️We love the way our house looks and will see results in our cooling bill with the new windows. Shane🙌Ruben🙌Wilson🙌and his team 🙌 all get 5 stars and high-fives‼️
