Installed my roof and gutters. We are 10 months post installation and I noticed some wood rot under my gutters. I had another contractor come out to potentially fix the area - they were able to take pictures and show me that my gutters were not properly installed - they were sloping the wrong direction and causing water to pool in the area where the damage was. I called shamrock to report the issue and it has been almost impossible to get a response. When I was finally able to get a response they told me they would repitch my gutters but they were not responsible for the damage. They are of course saying the damage was there previously . When asked for proof that the damage was there before they were not able to provide any. I understand mistakes happen and if my gutters are sloped the wrong way they could at least take responsibility for their mistake. Would not recommend this company.

I was unemployed at the time they came out to inspect and i told them I was. Kept telling me don't worry we'll find away. Nails left in driveway and yard, 1 ended up in 1 of my tires, they damaged part of the house and never came to fix it. Their don't worry about it we'll find a way is them taking me to court for breach of contract, putting a lean against the house and charging me 9% interest.

Ben Bristley was first on the scene after a severe hail storm decimated our roof. He provided an early, thorough assessment, was knowledgeable about how to work with insurance and was courteously patient throughout the process, actually appealing to the insurance company which provided us with additional funds. Good quality workmanship to boot!

Clint did a great job of explaining what was going on with our roof, and then communicating with us any time we had questions or concerns . Shamrock's office made sure to keep me in the loop and worked together with me to ensure our insurance company settled our claim fairly. Their team was efficient and friendly throughout the entire process and we are extremely happy with our lifetime workmanship guarentee.
