Your material was ordered exactly to the specs of 2 signed contracts. You failed to pay us and ran us off the project. There is still an outstanding balance with suppliers that is owed from this project that you failed to pay for. We are a great company and treat people accordingly.

Recently, we had our metal roof replaced on our business in Longwood. Josh Jones was professional and honest. We requested a custom blue and Josh moved mountains to get what we requested!! We have a small family business and it is critical that we ship orders everyday. Josh worked with us for his crew to work through Easter weekend!! Our building is 10,000 sq feet, the logistics of materials, forklifts and dumpsters was all well organized. Communication was excellent. They were able to make us some custom gutters as well. We would highly recommend TruGrit Roofing! Good job well done!!

I thought those would be a terrible process but my salesperson Jess was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. She was knowledgeable and professional. When work started she checked and made sure everything was correct and stayed in contact with me to make sure I understood what steps were next. I’m very happy with the results, which happened much faster than I expected. It was a very good experience and I would definitely call Jess, and this company again if I need them.

I am a Customer for life. Long story short, during my due diligence period my Broker couldn't get a roof estimate for a building I was purchasing. Through a contact I was put in touch with Joshua, who didn't know me from Adam and he was on the roof the same day with an estimate in hand next day. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. He didn't just complete the roof but he dealt with the Bank, Inspectors, Appraisers and the City of Longwood. He could have just said no and moved on to his next Customer but he treated me and my investment like we were his only Customer. I can't say enough about his professionalism before, during and after the roof was complete with strict deadlines. Furthermore, the Bank and Inspector were equally shocked.
