Poor communication. Service was okay, the guys were out in November in Cleveland so it snowed every other day. So their service was the best it could be I guess, they did leave behind a ton of nails. Spent the whole next spring and summer …

It's unfortunate that we can't find your name in our database. We do like to finish estimates the same day and often do have time for that. Unfortunately there are times where a salesperson needs either additional time or to check in with someone who has more experience with a home that may require special needs or specific attention. While the busy season is upon us we may have slipped up this time in our communication. However, we don't have a Sue Ann in our database to apologize for our oversight. We are human and refuse to use A.I. to do estimates for us. You can reach out to Angela or Jeff and get an apology if you call us at 440-925-0386,

Tried to get a quote for roofing. They only do virtual quotes with pictures you send. Wanted $85 to come out and look at the job. Nobody else does that. I do not recommen.

Unbelievable rudeness from sum1 over the phone. Employee was rude and not helpful at all. Wouldn't give his name when I asked who I was speaking with. Did more research to find out they do terrible work too. Stay away

Loved working with Kevin, Jeff, Angie, and the team of roofers who completed our tear off and replacement. Kevin (Sales) is very personable and was an advocate when working with our insurance company to get a fair price for replacement. Jeff (Project Manager) was very detailed and communicated what our job entailed once his crew came to the house and began work. In both cases these guys backed up what they said they were going to do and we always felt they were looking out for our best interest. The roofing crew were tireless workers. Very polite and extremely careful with our surrounding property while working on our roof. They did a great job and we were completely satisfied with our new roof. Angie (Owner) came by to introduce herself and inspect the finished work. She too was very personable and easy to talk with. Overall, Triple Peaks provided us with a wonderful experience and we are grateful for their work.

My cousin is in the roofing business in another state and helped me find a reputable roofing contractor in Cleveland, Ohio. He led me to Triple Peaks Roofing & Construction through the CertainTeed “Find a Pro” website and I could not be happier with this company. Triple Peaks exceeded my expectations from the beginning of the sales process through the installation. The sales manager Kevin was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The quote for my roof replacement was detailed and clearly outlined the products, services, and capabilities of Triple Peaks. When it came time for the roof replacement, the owner Jeff was on site with the crew and answered all of my questions. The roofing crew members were punctual, courteous, and detailed in their work. Lastly, the company was meticulous with cleanliness - my yard was pristine when they left. I highly recommend Triple Peaks to anyone who asks me for a reputable roofing contractor.

I was very impressed with the owner, Jeff. He is dedicated to bringing professional business standards to the roofing industry. His proposal was competitive and, what’s more, he committed to doing the work late in the season. His team arrived on the designated day, did the tear-off in one day and the new roof installation in two. And, I have a very large roof. At the end of each day, my property was neat as a pin- no trash, no stray nails. I was so happy that I recommended Triple Peaks to five of my neighbors. Four out of five neighbors contracted with Triple Peaks for new roofs.

Thank you for allowing us to complete your project.

Jeff showed up promptly, performed the work efficiently, charged us fairly. Now we have more daylight in gloomy northeast Ohio and our two Solatubes never leak. What can be better than that?

Thank you for the review. Its always a great time when we can bring more daylight into a home and check the roof out at the same time.

Triple Peaks Roofing provided excellent service in replacing a storm-damaged roof. They performed a full tear-off with much wood replacement and gutters. They fully replaced all four skylights, which were no longer serviceable, providing outstanding information. In order for us to receive complete compensation from the insurance company, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing that needing the services

I am very happy with my new skylight! I have a small ranch home, and adding a skylight completely changed my living room. It feels so much brighter, and the natural sunshine makes the space warm and inviting every day. The installer did an excellent job. He was professional, worked carefully, and left everything clean when he finished. I really appreciated how neat and respectful he was throughout the installation. I would love to install skylights in every room because I love the result so much, but that’s something I’ll do over time. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and I highly recommend this company. I was so happy with my experience that I recommended them to my neighbor, and she had a skylight installed too. I will definitely use this company again for future projects. Thank you for the wonderful work!

Kevin met with us twice to go over what to expect. All of his promises were kept. The day the roof was put on, Jeff, the owner, introduced us to the foreman on the job and made us feel very comfortable about what they were going to do. I would recommend them highly.

I hired Triple Peaks Roofing for several projects over the last 15 years and was always very happy with the work they did. I hired discount roofers in the past and always had to have their work fixed. Triple Peaks always does it right the first time, immaculate clean up. Highly recommend!

Helping out clients in the center of Chagrin Falls storm area. They had one heck of a storm rip through Beford Heights, Solon and Chagrin Falls. Thousands of roofers have entered the area from across America to help. Some to just gorge themselves as salespeople with high commission payouts but most are good people here to help. We can only help so many people and we welcome the good people of America coming in to help. We do also ask that our community remain vigilant and don't sign anything unless it has a full scope of materials and labor with a firm price on it. There will be extras if plywood is bad or rotten but every contract should be spelled out down to the materials used. This is also the time to think about upgrading to a class 4 shangle or picking a higher grade as this will be the most economical time to do it. As far as siding goes, install the new R6 paper product as an upgrade or consider using a Dow board to gain more R value on the wall areas. We hope everyone comes back to prestorm condition without their insurance company becoming the thing that delays it. Triple Peaks Roofing had a fire last February and thanks to our insurance with USAA and our own team we were able to rebuild our home and offices within 9 months.
