  Do not even deserve one star. Contract signed in March sales team was great but haven’t heard a peep from them. Called for a week straight each day manager is out and has to call me back no response . Only one time did someone call me back after numerous calls for status. Here we are in May call them again for status … told supervisor out of the office again and no call back. Other than the sales team no one will call you back or provide any updates let alone start the job. I understand we have had a bad spring and understand a wait but to not get calls back very unprofessional. Especially considering they have interior work and a door to install along with a roof.

  Joshua came to my home and I were very specific (Ring recorded) about the repairs needed, my points are still lifting and other companies are soliciting because it obvious and I've tried to have him to resolve this.....I PAID IN FULL AND HAVE THE RECEIPTS (MAY / JUNE 2025) ITS JULY 2025 TRYING TO POST PICTURES

  It's been an ordeal. First let me state the work is done and appears to be fine, it just took almost two years from our initial quote to get the work done. We actually called and got an estimate for our garage and some work on two small windows in 2023. After getting the quote we told them to proceed, only to not hear from them. When we reached out they said that they would have to do a new quote which of course came in higher. We paid the deposit in June of 24 and then waited and waited. Finally they replaced the roof in October and naturally they had under estimated the cost to the tune of $900. They also had to come back to fix the soffit. However the windows did not get fixed. When we called they said they thought they had done the windows but they would look into it. Only for nothing to happen. We ended up calling numerous times. Finally a crew came out to fix the windows. All they did was replace the aluminum trim, leaving sizeable gaps at the bottom. So more calls to the company. Even sent pictures. Every time they promised to look into and see what could be done. Finally after numerous calls and almost 5 months after they did the garage the windows are done. If you're keeping score at home, it's almost 2 years since our initial quote. If you have nothing better to do with your time then to call them over and over to get the job done, then by all means give them a call. I however will be looking elsewhere if I need roofing in the future.

  This was my first time calling Absolute roofing. I heard advertisements all summer. Unfortunately the salesman Chris has every excuse in the world not to come to even look at my roofing project. It's been a month and he's still trying to "set up a time" Getting it fixed by another company before Absolute would even come and look at it. Sad, all that money advertising and can't even give a quote.

  I would not recommend this company at all. They gave me incorrect information about my roof, and did a substandard job of the siding repair that they did on my house. They ghosted me for a while and despite calling the office +6 times I never got a phone call back from anyone to talk about the work that was going to be done on my house.

  I called Absolute roofing company. One of the technician called me out to schedule an appointment. he kept rescheduling me for 3 days and once he showed up he said I am not expert on your slate roofing repair and we are backed up with other works (like they are not going to fix the repairs). He wasted my time and with no estimate. Not professional at all.

  Dear sir In response to your review of our company and interactions I will say this. I had made it clear that I was just coming off of being sick from Covid. I met you at the site and looked at the situation. I told you that I needed to have my slate and gutter expert come out and look at the project. This was right before the Christmas holiday and then we had a horrible storm. To expect someone to be able to turn this around the next day is not realistic. You have a very old building with specific needs and I was ready to address them. We did send a quote and you were not happy with it because you were looking for a better price. I cannot be responsible for that or the fact that your building needs extensive work. We must insist that you change review to 3 or 4 Star to be fair and honest, anything less would be a gross mischaracterization of the service we provided and time spent providing you with detailed reports for free.

  When I needed to replace my roof my son highly recommended Absolute Roofing. Dennis came out...I told him I was not shopping around, I trusted my son's recommendation & I am completely happy with everything I had done. The roof looks amazing. The crew started at 7 am & finished shortly after 5 pm! I also had new gutters & downspouts installed. I told Dennis about the ice damming I experienced last winter & he suggested heat cables - no more giant icicles! Wonderful company to work with! Thank you!!

  Absolute Roofing, Absolutely! Our garage roof was just a small part of the overall whole house reroofing we had done, but it got the same care and attention as the whole house. Absolute staff and roofers were highly professional. They kept us informed and answered questions. I hovered around like a hawk and saw only quality workmanship and thoroughness - including the clean-up. We had a reoccurring roof leak that is now completely taken care of and I am glad to be able to sleep at night, especially during high winds and rain storms.
