  Stated they would go out to location and never got back with a status after two text messages. I finally called as they had not responded in about two weeks with “ I’ll Get somebody out there this week” No commitment. I can’t recommend them.

  This was not a great experience. Initial job day was pushed back a week, but that was no big deal at all, and mentioned before. The issues were, The workers didn't call before showing up, which was offered/discussed beforehand. Then the invoice, which had a "surprise" charge for extra fascia board, the same amount as the job itself required, and the lack of a veterans discount which also was discussed beforehand. No one actually claimed blame for this error, just the usual " oh they don't listen" and "no, it's not our fault" pitter patter. 3 MORE invoices later, it's finally correct. No one will ever admit to trying to scam/rook you, so do your own research. Edit to Owner: Please explain, logically how one would need an additional 30 ft. of fascia board for a 30-foot job. Please explain how just recently in an email you stated it was about recently trained new hires dealing with invoices, yet here you try to justify "outline in our contract". Don't forget offering me "more of a discount". It's not always about money, Ken. It's about truth this time.

There is no excuse for the lack of clear communication, the missed expectations, or the repeated invoicing errors. That is not the experience we want any of our customers to have. Your feedback shows us exactly where we need to do better, as a team and as a company. We are grateful you took the time to share this with us, even though it came from such a disappointing experience. It helps us see our blind spots and reminds us that good intentions don’t excuse poor execution. We do outline in our contracts that there may be extra costs for replacement wood or fascia, as these issues often don’t become visible until the old roofing is removed. That said, we should have communicated this more clearly and promptly to avoid it feeling unexpected. Please know we are taking this seriously and addressing it with our team so we can grow and ensure this does not happen again. We are so sorry that your project left you feeling this way, and we appreciate you holding us accountable.

  I had a representative come out to assess our leaky roof. After an inspection, he told me the leak was caused by moss, but said they do not do that sort of maintenance. After I cleaned the roof, I got a second opinion on the problem, and …

  I used Ken's Parkhill Roofing to install a new roof. I have since had leaking in three areas. The gutters were installed incorrectly causing the wood siding on my home to rot. They admittedly installed less than the appropriate amount of ventilation to "save a buck". I now have a leak in my attic and a mold problem. They did not instal ice guard as promised. They are not interested in repairing the problem areas.I do not recommend Ken's Parkhill Roofing.

  They were very easy to work with. They have great customer service. This is a first time I’ve ever been trough something like this. They’ve work with me and my insurance company very well. Answered all of my questions.

  I needed to replace the roof on the addition of our property. Even though this was during the time of a major hail storm and the company was extremely busy, I was treated as if my project was just as important. The crew arrived on a day when it was 96 degrees - I couldn’t believe it and worked the entire day. I offered to reschedule but they refused. They did a fantastic job. We had used Parkhill in the past and never had any issues, we couldn’t be more pleased.

  Ken’s has done a new roof and some siding repair for me and a new house and garage roof for my son. The work was excellent and the price reasonable. Service was great; they treated me like family.

  We had a non-standard roof installation project that also involved some soffit, ventilation, and exterior insulation retrofit work. They were able to handle the added complexity. The crews were efficient and the project manager showed attention to detail. Scheduling was straightforward and someone at the office always answered the phone. I would use them again for future projects.

  The work they did for excellent. Their crew replaced the wind damaged aluminum siding and did a great job answering my questions. The only problem I had was the time between estimating the job and scheduling the work crew took longer then it should have in my opinion.
