  I called to make a repair appointment, in the process I also requested an estimate for a full siding so I can understand how much a job like that would cost because it is something we are considering. On July 3rd I received a text message asking if we wanted to keep the appointment scheduled for the 5th. I was busy and missed the message. A few hours later I receive a follow up text cancelling the appointment. When I complained, they backtracked and asked if I still wanted them to come out. Obviously not, now. They can't take proper repair requests, so they obviously don't know what they're doing. I found them on the BBB website and left a review there, but that review was deleted and considered "complaint closed". Whatever. It's still funny only good reviews are left up, surprisingly they have an A+ BBB rating. Complaints need to be left up so other people can see and learn that if you need something repaired, don't also request an estimate for another job in conjunction, or they will cancel your whole appointment and you're left stuck looking for another company and back on another waiting list. This is unacceptable. Reply to their response. This is NOT a false review. The appointment was for a REPAIR. In the process I also requested for a quote on a full siding because I want to know how much that would cost so I can assess if this is something I can afford at this time or if it would be something I need to wait until next year to accomplish. My appointment was cancelled before you took the time to clarify the situation, so again, this is NOT a false review. Fact, the appointment was canceled. Fact, I need a repair. Fact, your scheduler took improper notes of the call. Fact, your firm did not attempt to confirm if I was looking to schedule a siding job, your firm cancelled the whole appointment which also included the REPAIR I was looking to have completed.

  Hello Xan, I am sorry you are unhappy with us canceling your appointment, however, this is incorrect information and we tried to explain to you several times that it's not because we don't do siding. Our foreman went to the house days before the appointment to do measurements and made the decision on what he saw, that this job is not with-in our scope of work. Our company does siding jobs almost daily. The original call that came in was for full siding. When you mentioned you wanted the rake metal repaired, I offered to have our rep come out for an estimate but you didn't want that. You hung up on me and blocked our number and wouldn't let me explain the situation. I tried to apologize several times and to explain that we do our best to go by the homes to see if it is something we handle so we do not waste the customers time. In the event we let the customers know this is not something we handle, they have always been extremely grateful we let them know head of time. I have text messages between us showing that we tried our best to explain the situation. We would never walk away from a job if it is something we can handle or do our best to help the customer.

  The individual who came out to do an assessment was great. However, the HQ shop has not contacted me to schedule my service, I have email them and called them.

  Horrible customer service!! 21 months and 3 re-do’s to get the original install correct. No one returns your calls or emails! Frames were in my garage for 7 months with no answer from scheduling department!! RUN!!!

I guarantee this person could not provide a contract from us or any other proof we had a contract, took money or even spoke to them because it is false!!   Their articles are looking very bad quality.Many customers said that one but i don't believe their sentence. At last I saw Their work and realised they are so poor and unprofessional.

  John came out to look at our roof so he could give us an estimate. We need a whole new roof done and called them for a price. He came out on Oct. 30th and said he would email us an estimate. As of Nov 19th, almost 3 weeks later, we are still waiting for their estimate! ???

  Awful experience. Owner came out without a ladder. Couldn’t even get on rood to check the problem. Tried to get out of work by blaming on foundation which was not the case. Wasted my whole day waiting for him and he came fully unprepared to do his job! Would have rated with no stars but there wasn’t that option. Sucks!

  We had a large and positive crew here for a recent slate tune-up to a very old barn. Micheal and Eric are just leaving after making some minor adjustments. Michael has been here several times over the years and I appreciate his professionalism.

  Ohio Roofing did my garage flat roof. Michael explained everything as the process went along. The guys worked hard and Lawn to get the job completed. I would recommend them to anyone and they did a great job. NEW NEW

  Michael and his crew did a great job on our full roof they showed up early drop tarps from the gutters to protect the siding Michael went over the job as it was going on explained everything to me perfectly did a great job with the roof cleaned up very well would recommend them to anyone thanks guys

  Mike and his crew came out today to tear off my roof and do a full replacement. I need to do work today and Mike gave me the confidence that everything would be handled and he would contact me with anything they found. I received amazing service and constant communication from Mike and his crew. These guys took amazing care of my 110-year-old house that needed a new roof and several wood repairs. There were obviously some unforseen issues that exceeded the estimate but couldn't be known until the roof was removed and Mike and his crew took care of all of them while doing their best to stay as close to the original estimate as was possible, I cannot express how much I appreciate Mike, his crew and Ohio Roofing siding and slate. The owner who I had spoken to previously is a very family-oriented man who takes his word and the word of his company very seriously. I cannot express how much I appreciate these guys and all the work they've done. I have a very high roof so I will attach pictures once I received the ones that the crew had taken. The clean up was top notch, excellent work guys!

  Michael and his crew were phenomenal! Patient and accommodating he walked me through the whole process before and after. All questions were answered and I felt extremely comfortable with the whole process thanks to him and the team. Great pricing, great people and product.   They put a new roof on my garage today. They did a great job, they were professional and nice and the garage roof looks perfect UPDATE: 4/2026 They just finished putting new siding and gutters on my garage and it looks great! It looks like new. They did such a good job on the garage roof that I used them again. 5 STARS UPDATE 6/27/2026 This is my third time using them so you know I am happy with their work. This time I hired them to put a new roof on my house. They sent a big professional crew and they worked fast. They did a great job again. Thank you! This company is very busy because they do what they say they will do. 5 stars
