  Had a sliding door installed by Mr. Roof, and I want to share this so other homeowners know what to expect. The door was not installed correctly and is currently leaking. During the install, the crew found rot in the door frame but told me they don’t repair rot and continued the installation anyway. If you have an older home or any signs of water damage, make sure you hire a company that can both install the door and repair any rot in the frame. It saves a lot of trouble and ensures the job is done right the first time. Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed choice. The city of Richmond Heights pass the inspection and their words exactly was the door was installed and that's the only thing that qualifies for an inspection in Richmond Heights. I have since contacted them to let them know the door is actively leaking currently and have since sent the inspector photos of the active leak. I'm waiting for an updated inspection. I would like to add that my experience with Anthony was excellent from a sales perspective.

  Hi David, thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that following the installation, the city inspector reviewed the door and found absolutely no installation issues with our work. The leak is coming from pre-existing structural rot in a load-bearing wall from previous water damage, which falls outside the scope of a standard door installation. We remain in communication with you and are ready to coordinate and support you however needed once the structural repairs are addressed.

  Requested an emergency tarp and an estimate for either repair or replacement of garage roof. Representative named Ernie came out on April 8th, got on the roof and saw the damage where water was entering. He said it would be $400 to tarp, and he'd send the estimate for replacement via email...got the estimates, never got the tarp.To make a long story short, he never put in the order for my tarp, claimed it was a "misunderstanding". Even after two phone calls when he said he was putting in the order, he simply ghosted me. Too bad his enthusiasm in demanding a five star review after a ten minute consultation doesn't extend to his customer service. I went with another company who placed a tarp on the garage the day they came out to give the estimate. I got a less expensive price and way better customer service. I wouldn't recommend.

  One of the most awful and unpleasant experience I've ever had to deal with since I purchased my house. It's just hard to understand how my old gutters that were bent function better than the ones that they installed. I would advise you to really read reviews. I would definitely not choose this company ever in my life again!

  Don’t be a sucker like I was. Eric is a great sales man, but he over promises and way under deliver. They said that there would be a site manager who would update me throughout the process, that was a lie. Chase didn’t tell me when construction started, and didn’t let me know construction wasn’t going to be finished by the time I got home. They broke my gutters, lit my lawn on fire, did a bad job with the siding, left my yard a mess and threw food in the recycling. A month after construction started and the work they promised still isn’t done. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company for anything.

  This company has a glitzy presentation and may be overemphasizing their materials and pitch on how their product is the only one that works. I also thought their price was fair and when I was told I could do a 6 year financing with 0 percent interest I thought I was all in. This financing is done by Wells Fargo (beware!), and they denied me with no explanation. I was told it had nothing to do with my credit score (I have an exceptional rating), but was a clerical issue. I called Wells Fargo and re-submitted my information. The salesman, Eric , told me that "this happens about 20% of the time and it always works out". Well, that's a lie since they denied me. When I discussed other options they were clearly not interested in my business and I went with another roofer. BEWARE: This 6 year/0% deal is a bait and switch and SHAME on Mr. Roof for offering it, knowing that Wells Fargo sucks!

  I messaged them about a roof inspection and gutter repair. The woman I spoke to chuckled when I told her my roof was under two years old and asked why I was looking for an inspection. That is because a roof should be inspected once a year no matter how new it is, I really don't get why this sounds unfathomable. Anyway, she told me they don't offer gutter repairs just full or partial replacements. I guess they don't like taking anything other than big pricey jobs, at least I know not to waste my time with them. Work on your customer service.

  Called to get an estimate for repairs to my roof after a heavy storm and got no-showed by their inspector/appraiser. Never even got a call from them.

  Joe worked with us to get the best deal. Joe was great, but now that the work has been completed I would not recommend Mr. Roof. Upon arrival on May 15, 2025 one of the workers got out of his work truck and went behind our garage. He returned in view “adjusting” his pants zipper area. Approximately 2 hours later a man entered our property taking pictures. I found out later from the project manager that the man was from OSHA and had sited the crew for safety violations. The roof job was satisfactorily done, but the issues that accompanied make me change my opinion of this company.

  Everyone did a great job. The crew stayed late to finished due to a pop up storm with lightning. They went and finished the job as soon as it was safe. Clean up was excellent. The roof looks great.

  Experienced some roof damage with the high winds recently. My roof is only about 12 years old. Called Mr. Roof and so far everyone was helpful. When Eric came to inspect the roof damage I myself was on edge. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained to me so I could understand. I'm much at ease now. I'm moving forward with the job. Thanks Eric Had gutters installed after a large part of gutter came off house. Eric came over immediately and removed, cleaned up and sat down with me to get the job going. He's a very helpful person and that's what we need now. The crew did a great job and worked quickly and efficiently. Afterwards Eric stopped by to take picture (both before) and after. Thanks again Eric!!

  Quality work, very responsive. Quick turnaround for the estimate and for the work to be scheduled. The crew was friendly and efficient. Left everything clean and in order. I had a small repair job and they got it done quickly and with good workmanship.
