  Had Brandon come to give me a quote on a repair job after a tree came through my roof. He was pleasant and friendly and said he would touch base with his contractor because a beem needed sistering and he’d get back to me with a quote. That was a week ago and still waiting… very disappointing.

  I reached out regarding a storm-related gutter and siding claim. The contractor was unavailable during the adjuster inspection and sent a representative, which I understand. However, I never received a formal estimate, and during the inspection the representative was not fully prepared to discuss or clearly advocate for the full scope of repairs. This made it difficult to move forward, especially while working through an insurance claim. I ultimately proceeded with other contractors who provided detailed estimates and clearer communication. I would have appreciated a proper quote and stronger support during the inspection process.

  Hired Royalty to perform a chimney flashing and roof tune up. Cost was $1750 which was outrageous but I agreed to it so can't blame them for that. Work was scheduled while I was out of town and never got performed. Got a call 2-weeks later stating that they never came out and wanted to come on a Friday, I said that was fine. Friday rained all day and they left the job partially complete and never notified me when they would return. I called Russell (salesman) and the main office and never got a reply back. Called on Monday morning and finally was told they would be back that afternoon. Terrible customer service and poor planning. Would not recommend. -Very unhappy customer in Bay Village

  Royalty roofing did my single story home over 1 year ago and my shingles are separating. They came out once to correct the problem, but it wasn't fixed. Now I've called 3xs with no service manager visit or repair personnel to fix the problem. If I could give them a no star I would.

  Botched the install of the roof on my house soon before I purchased it. Warranty doesn't transfer which is poor fortune on my part. However, my roof is leaking like crazy and I have 6 inspections from other companies stating improper installation. Royalty sent a repairmen to the house who patched a bit but that solved nothing. There is also absolutely no paper trail or documentation of the work he did that day. For all I know he made it worse. The Royalty Roofing owner (Jason) looked at the roof and told me the only fix was me buying a new one. Glad most have had a good experience but I can't recommend. Buyer beware. *In response to the Owner's response to this review. I've made it clear that I wanted to find a solution as well. Their offered solution was simply to send me a quote for a new roof. No offer or willingness to come up with a solution outside of that. I've requested for a call with Jason (owner) to discuss this but have yet to receive a call.

  Devin came to look at a soffit issue. In a matter of minutes he had it repaired! In addition he noticed another issue which he took care of also on a different part of soffit. All repairs done in less than 30 minutes and Devin did not charge me for the fix he did! Thank you so much! I highly recommend Royalty Roofing!

  Got a new roof from them. Price was competitive. Install was quick and efficient, done in a day. The clean up was pretty good only found a hand full of nails in hidden flower bed spots. Jared our sales rep was great! He was very friendly professional and explained everything and answered questions. Communication with him was quick and easy. We would definitely work with him in the future for any projects! There was a little lack of communication with some other people at the company for a quick service issue after the initial installation, but Jared was quick to apologize (even though it was not his fault) and get us updated!

  Royalty Roofing sent Austen out to give me a quote for a roof replacement. He was very polite and knowledgeable and as he was measuring and inspecting my roof he noticed the ridge vent wasn't connected properly from being old and he decided to put a few nails in to prevent water damage. This was even before I got and accepted the quote. So far customer service has been excellent and now I am waiting for a date for the new roof. I will post another review once it is installed. I am counting on it to be as good as Austen's visit.

  The service provided by Royalty Roofing was exceptional. From the initial contact to schedule the appointment through the actual visit to my home, I was treated by a polite and professional staff. I received text messages that kept me informed about the appointment and who (James Lynn) would be coming. On the day of the appointment, James provided frequent updates on his arrival time. The inspection I requested was done inside and James offered to do an outside inspection, but I felt it was not necessary once we had identified the issue inside. I would highly recommend Royalty Roofing.

  The crew came early in the morning, they draped my plants & shrubs and were very careful around my garden. When the food was finished they cleaned up the yard. Derek Yoder was the rep who examined my roof, took pictures and explained the amt of damage it was showing and explained the difference in several types of shingles. All and all it went very smoothly.
