I do not recommend this company because their customer service is poor. They were eager to work with me and put on a new roof after hail damage. However, when we had a leak in the new roof they would not respond to numerous phone calls and texts - all were ignored so I had to find another company in the area to fix the leaks they caused when installing the new roof.

Paul was top notch. He provided pictures and a video of his time spent on the roof. He came out over the weekend first thing and delivered the report in a timely manner. When real estate transactions are already stressful and time sensitive, he came through with dependability. His knowledge and kindness was just what we needed to ease our stress. Thank you!

Trinity Roofing and Construction is the best company in the DFW area. Their work crew was very prompt and professional. The finished product was superb, compared to other roofing companies we have used in the past. The owner kept in contact with us throughout the job to ensure our satisfaction and helped us save money from unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this company. We will only use them for all of our future roofing and construction needs.

Trinity Roofing did an exceptional job identifying the source of our roof problems, executing the needed repairs in a timely manner. They communicated clearly and coordinated with us on when repairs would take place. At our request, they also advised on modifications to our gutter system to more effectively redirect water flow off above doorways. All their recommendations identified the problem and the best solution without trying to upsell. We were given a couple of options to choose from. We could not have been happier with Trinity. We are already planning on having them back for other repairs on our church campus. It is so refreshing to have a roofer you can trust!

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Alex on multiple roofing issues over time, both personally and for clients, and I can confidently say he is one of the most genuine and trustworthy people I’ve met in the industry. What stands out most is his honesty. Alex has never been the kind of person to push unnecessary replacements or inflate problems. More than once, he’s simply said, “This is an easy fix,” handled it, and moved on. In some cases, he did not even charge me. That level of integrity is rare. He is knowledgeable, accountable, responsive, and truly cares about people. He even saved my skin once after I accidentally sent him to the wrong property address, and somehow still handled it with grace. Beyond the roofing work itself, Alex is someone who genuinely takes interest in helping people and doing right by them. Highly recommend Alex and Trinity Roofing.
