John will not return my repeated calls and texts. They “forgot” they needed to do my back patio area. After 3 weeks of delaying they came and did it but now they havent came to inspect it… Would not recommend! Have been trying to call and text for over 2 months with no response at all.

This company was extremely easy to deal with during the roofing process. John communicated every step of the way, and when an issue came up he was always available to help resolve them. He was extremely helpful with the insurance process as well.

In June 2026 we had a bad hail storm in the Pearland area. And like many times we had 50+ roofers coming through our neighborhood daily trying to sale a new roof. But we got John’s Info through a family member who had used him and his crew and glad we did. He handled our situation with clear communication and detailed explanation on the process and helped us navigate through the insurance process (because of course we don’t do this daily) but we didn’t feel like we were just one of the 100s of roofs these other companies were running through. He was very personable and always returned our calls within the same day. And helped explain things to make it easier for us. And his crew of workers did a great job on the roof and cleaning up. Would highly recommend to friends and family as they did to us.

We recently had our roof replaced after hail damage, and Trinity Roofing made the whole experience so much easier than we expected. Both John and Justin were great to work with. They were friendly, professional, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled the right way. The crew did an awesome job on the roof, and you can tell they take pride in their work. What really stood out to us was the cleanup. They didn't leave a mess behind, and our yard looked just as clean when they left as it did before they started. That kind of attention to detail really means a lot. If you're looking for a roofing company you can trust, I highly recommend Trinity Roofing. Thanks again to John, Justin, and the entire team for the excellent work and making the whole process stress-free!

John and Trinity Roofing were referred to us by our friends. From the first call with John. He was very attentive and professional. He came out to our house to inspect our roof and provide a lot of great information. He assisted with the planning and preparation of our insurance claim. He also continued to check in to see where we were in our process and maintain well communication throughout the entire process. His team did a great job with install date and clean up. All around very professional team and I would highly recommend them to anyone to use. They were a true blessing and we will continue to tell our family and friends of their work.
