One Star - Dangerous and Unprofessional! I had a terrifying experience with one of this company's trucks right in front of their office on Turner Ave. An older driver with glasses, clearly in a huge rush, nearly hit me head-on. This reckless behavior has completely destroyed any trust I might have had in this company. If they can't even operate their vehicles safely in their own city , I certainly wouldn't trust them with any of my property. Absolutely unacceptable and frankly, quite scary.Avoid!

I was almost hit by the drivers of their company truck and trailer when driving down East Beltline. I have dashcam footage of them very blatantly cutting me off and the trailer almost striking the front of my vehicle. Very unsafe and unprofessional. I would not want someone so irresponsible to work on my roof!

These guys are a no BS kind of company. I had a different company out to inspect some storm damage on my roof and they wanted top dollar for a bandaid fix. Trident did a complete inspection and wanted to make sure I was taken care of the right way the first time. Highly recommend TRIDENT!
