  FROM A LOCAL REALTOR- STAY AWAY!!!! IT'S A NIGHTMARE FOR WINDOWS AND I WILL NOW BE FILLING A LAWSUIT. I hired Tristate for my windows and doors at my personal residence in October 2025 based off the reviews online. I received 3 estimates and the reason I went with them is because they told me they would have it done by the end of 2025. FALSE!!!! The crew they sent out mid January did not do a great job. I was dealing with the health and death of my mother during this and I finally brought this up to Todd, the owner, beginning of March 2026. He was mad at me for just now telling him and my response was that the crew kept saying they weren't finished yet, so I wanted to give them the opportunity to complete things. Well, I hired an independent inspector and found that none of my windows were insulated and my doors were not installed correctly. Todd was mad at me for just "now" saying that something wasn't correct at this point, even though I told his crew the windows were letting cold air pour right through. I gave them MULTIPLE opportunities to come back out and try to fix things but each time it made it worse and more damage was done to my property. I was told the wood that needed replaced would be replaced (Todd declined that and said it wasn't true). And the only thing I would need to do is touch up paint. I wish this were true! I have had to fill in multiple holes, caulk, re paint my patio, replace my dryer vent they broke, fill in gaps around my skylight they wanted to put trim over (that wasn't there before), and MANY other things as well. If I were to do it all over again, I would have waited for a better company (now knowing). And here we are in July and things are still NOT correct!!! I'm sure they will reply to this review as "you won't let us come out and correct and finish things". Well that's true because when I did let them come out and correct things multiple times in May and June 2026, it only made it worse and they still did NOT FIX the problems and

  I am happy to say that we did this roof 3 years ago and it has zero issues as far as installation goes. Chris is not happy with the counter flashing up against his brick wall. I explained why we had to do it that way. He had some concerns. I told Chris I would be happy to redo all of the flashing over again just to give him confidence that it was checked again and redone. I have not heard from Chris since our last conversation. That being said, I am happy to hear that there have been zero leaks from his new Owens Corning roof!!!

  Lauren, I apologize for the miscommunication. There is a reason for my company to have a minimum cost and if you would of went direct with my company things would have been a lot smoother with communication. After the lead was ran and you decided to go in a different direction, we had no means of communication after. I wish you would have called the office so we could have had a discussion. My company, if ran through the company, would have been able to take care of your project without any hiccups. Unfortunately, you wanted to go a less expensive route.   Tri-State was a no call, no show for a roofing estimate. I’m glad I took the afternoon off work to be stood up by this company without the courtesy of a phone call.

  We just had our windows replaced and Tri-State did such a beautiful job. If you can zoom in on the pictures you can see how careful and precise they were on their miter work around the window wraps. I've been in construction most of my life, so I know what to look for. The detail work on the mitering and the caulking was I'd say perfect. They're clean up was amazing. Dusty, and Ron and his crew were a pleasure to have in our house. It wasn't a big inconvenience like I thought it was going to be with people working in the house and windows being open and all. He manage things so that everything went pretty smooth. For us that is, cuz I know they had a tough job. I need to mention my better-half, Linda Newbury !

  I had my siding installed as well as a flat roof. The owner Tod came out before and after to discuss the installation and finishing. The receptionist is awesome and get back to you with any questions or concerns same day. The process was a breeze. Highly satisfied.

  I spent a lot of time comparing window companies, and I'm glad I chose them. Their pricing was very fair and competitive, but what really set them apart was the professionalism provided. Todd was very helpful in selecting the right window sizes and styles for our home, offering suggestions that improved both the appearance and energy efficiency without ever making us feel pressured. Communication was outstanding - as they found us excellent financing that made the windows much more affordable than we expected - as we added 2 doors on at the last minute to complete the look. The installation crew deserves special recognition. They worked incredibly hard, arrived on time, treated our home with respect, and cleaned up after themselves too - much appreciated. We absolutely love our new windows and doors! Thanks Tri-State.

  Service was excellent, the crew was awesome! A job very well done! Let me say something about this company besides the normal “great” response. They stuck with me when most other companies wouldn’t even bother to come out and give an estimate. They stuck by their quote, stuck by their customer and the quality was far beyond anything we expected. Happy with their service is such a small word to use. If you see my other reviews, you will know that I am not easily impressed and somewhat a “difficult” customer. I had and have no issue with TriState! They are absolutely the best in the area.
