  I would recommend NOT using Tri-County. Their communication is horrible, and you will only be frustrated and angry. You are investing in your home, and they make it clear that they just don't care. We originally rated them a 5 star after the roof was installed - and we received 4 Amazon gift cards for leaving that review. However, the project went downhill from there. We discussed this with the company several times, and they continue to demonstrate that they only care about closing the sale and then getting a 5-star review. Before the project started, the first crew took out our basketball hoop. They did give us a credit for that - so that piece was taken care of. We needed to remove the base of the hoop. They sent a crew on a Saturday and fortunately, my wife was home to stop them. They showed up with a skid steer to pull out the base. She stopped them and eventually had to call the project manager because the crew did not speak English. We just had a new driveway installed, and they would have damaged it using a skid steer. In the end, we purchased a sawzall and took it out ourselves. When ABC delivered the first set of supplies, instead of dropping it in the driveway, they dropped it in the front yard. I moved it to the driveway and discussed this with Tri-County. Their response was that they don't have control over what their vendors do. I asked for their contact's number at ABC and they declined. They assured me they would talk to ABC. Well, the second delivery was also dropped in the front yard. This time, they had ABC come back and move it to the driveway. Again, the problem was addressed in a few days. Clearly, they did not communicate with ABC. We did take care of the damage to the yard after the project was complete. This project was an entire exterior remodel - roof, siding, gutters, sofit and facia, including one door and one window. Tri-County has a department for each portion of the project, and this is where the real frustration lies. The departm

  Spent $1600 for repairs on a leaking roof. Didn’t fix the leak after several attempts. Received a $269.46 refund.. They tried hard to fix the problem but were not successful.

  Great company and they stand behind their work. Update.....11years later. In the process of selling our home. The buyer's home inspector stated that our rangehood ducting was not connected to the roof vent. I discovered it was attached, if that's what you want to call it! Extremely poor workmanship (see pics)!!!! Looks like a kindergarten student's craft project! I had to completely repair the previous work done (see pics)!! This work was done by a foreman (Nick) after I notified the company of several corrections they had to complete. Nick returned to "fix" the issues and this is the result.

  Sam came out to check out my roof and to give me an estimate and he was very friendly, however I never received said estimate, even after sending follow-up voicemails/e-mails and calling their main office number. I did speak to someone at the main office and they CC'd me in on an e-mail to Sam but still no estimate arrived.

  We had Tri-County replace our well-worn siding on our two-story house. They were fast and efficient and attentive to customer concerns. We are happy with the result.

  My sales Rep was Brandon & I am really satisfied how he's handled my proposal. I not only sustained hail damage, but also am having more work done that has been put off for too long. Tri-County installed our replacement roof 10 years ago, & we were so satisfied with the product, service, & pricing, I knew I'd definitely go with them again for work from the hail. He was knowledgeable, helped make suggestions on siding, & roof color, although I pretty much had my mind made up. We went over the proposal several times, which was a good thing, because we both missed little things. My windows, roof & siding are beautiful, & I'm very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. Communication with everyone was fantastic.

  We had Tri-County install LP Siding. Every step of the process was very professional. Starting with Marty from sales – very pleasant, no pressure, and excellent communication. Brian’s email updates on material orders and estimated start date were great. Always knew the status. Jesse the project manager was awesome. The initial emails on the start date and overall process were very helpful. He was always available throughout the project, pleasant, proud of Tri-County. And finally the crew! AMAZING! They worked so well together, didn’t need instructions, they just did their jobs and finished a very large job in 4 days! Very happy with the siding and would recommend them.

  Got a new roof and gutters. The roof was done in a day, and the gutters took a couple hours two days later. The photo is after the roof was done and the guys had just the cleanup left. They left the roof looking great and the yard exactly how they found it. Perfect job.

  AJ and crew were the best for roof and gutter installation! They were timely and take pride in their work. They worked 12 hours to make sure the roof was covered before the big rain. They protect my garden and bushes. Most importantly they watched my 9 and 11 yr old kids, making sure shoes were on going back and forth from neighbors house.

  I used Tri-County for a full roof replacement recently, and can only say great things about them. Start to finish, everyone was excellent. Brandon did a great job with putting together the most detailed quote compared to the other contractors I reached out to. I have an old milwaukee east side home, and he caught some specific things about my home that the other contractors missed, which prevented the project from turning into a re-siding project as well. The roofing crew was also excellent; they cleaned up after every day and were respectful about the neighbors' houses. AJ, the project manager, was fantastic at communicating updates throughout the project and preemptively bringing potential issues or weather delays. The roof has already been through high winds and rain storms with no leaks or issues. I don't expect to need another roof for the next 30 years, but I'd highly suggest using them for any roof work you need or at least reaching out to them for a quote. I know I'll be using them again for any big siding or window project in the future.

  Our Tri-County installer and project managers were amazing! The installation of a window and LP Smart siding was done with great care! The men were excellent listeners and kept us informed as the work progressed. This was a challenge for them as the weather was not very cooperative: extreme heat, hard rains, and forest fire smoke created timeline obstacles. Thank you again for all you did to make this a successful home improvement project. We made the right choice hiring Tri-County once again. 🥰 Jesse and Albert-siding and soffit/fascia, Steven and crew-garage window. Gutter cover crew.
