  Do not use this company! Brennan came to our door last fall assuring me we had hail damage and if I signed their contract he would work with our insurance company to get a new roof approved. I would be taken out of the middle as the contract gives him permission to communicate with our insurance. Fast forward to later that day when I filed the claim and recieved our insurance adjustors info. I let him know the adjustors information as instructed. He had me set up the time for the adjustor to come hours after he told me to give him the information once I had it. It only got worse from there. We eventually got approved for a partial repair. 10/3/2024 Brennan replied "I'm going to have to have a talk with the adjuster because when he was up there he marked hail damage for the full roof" Never heard back from him 10/21/24 I reached out again Brennan replied "We have not. I am currently working on scheduling a repair ability test with one of my managers" 11/19 rolls around, still have heard nothing I contacted him again Brennan replies "Sorry late response I'm in Europe right now. The best we can do is ask for a second inspection. That has to be requested by you" This is a flat out LIE just like all his other messages. We contacted our insurance company and that is NOT true. We were informed contractors CAN request a second inspection in Wisconsin. This was the whole point of signing the contract. He strung us along for months with no progress. He did not contact us to set up the partial repairs nor did 123 exteriors. Literally nothing. Then in April we reached out to our insurance company. At this point we had no desire to work with 123 exteriors and figured since we never heard back from them and there was no follow through, we could move on. Plenty of companies out there with likely better communication. The insurance told us we needed the supplemental from the original contractor. Ugh.   Very poor responsiveness will never hire this company again and will not recommend them to any of my friends. Even after my several requests to complete the repairs that were not completed but no response. Very disappointed with the company.

  We received a mailer called a "HAIL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (Similar to Neighbors)" from 123 Exteriors. Problem is? There was no hail damage in our neighborhood on the date in the mailer. This mailer also stated that we have "POTENTIAL STORM DAMAGE" (in all capital letters) but they were "unable to verify from street view". All of this is a flat out lie, and we would never do business with company that employs fear tactics on potential customers.

  Great customer service with calling and keeping us in the loop and answering calls/questions. The cleanup outside after repair was fantastic. I know others that have left a lot of nails behind.

  We had a great experience with 123 Exteriors. Eaamon (our rep) thoroughly explained our hail claim process/implications and then personally worked with our insurance carrier to facilitate the repairs and maximize our claim benefits. The install crew was great. I was extremely impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail.We would highly recommend.

  Brian was amazing in helping us through the process. The install was scheduled within two weeks of getting everything started and the work was finished by a team of individuals who worked quickly but with a focus on the details. The ridge vent has never looked so good.

  Everything about working with the team from 123 Exteriors was fantastic! Everything from working with Mitch in Sales to each crew and each Project Manager was exceptional. New roof, new siding, new gutters, and a new patio door, and everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend!
