  While installing a window last winter, they broke many branches on my lilac tree. Today they were here putting on a new roof. They damaged landscaping that has been cared for, for years. Also nails and staples everywhere. I need to tend my gardens each day, without stepping on staples and nails. They should clean that up each day. Not after 2 days. Papers and plastic wrap everywhere. Unacceptable.

  Hi Judy, We're really sorry for the inconvenience and we are willing to come back and double check our clean up. Generally we clean up really well using tarps, magnets, rakes, and hand pick up. We will reach out and check again if we need to come out and double check our clean up at your property. How was our work? Hopefully the guys did a great job on your home and we really do appreciate you having us back out for the roof after the window project. Again, we sincerely apologize for the tree and clean up and are willing to come out and check again.   On March 5th Lou Davis came to look at our siding project and send us an estimate. We never heard back from him. As of March 19th. Why does a company spend lots of money on advertising their five star service. When they can’t even come up with good sales personal. We are glad we have not received our initial quote. Wonder what the service would have been like if we had hired this company.

  I tried to get service on a Window that they installed. The sales person ghosted me; reached out to him several times and he NEVER responded. I called the office and they said I had to go through the sales person, but the receptionist said to send her the information and she would try and help since the sales person was ghosting me. Ultimately she never got back to me either. I told everyone that I was NOT asking for a warranty repair that I was happy to PAY to have it repaired, but I wanted them to do the repair since they had installed the window. I am giving a 2 star review because their original work was decent. I actually have additional windows I want upgraded, but can't give business to a company that is not responsive after a sale. Update: The day after I posted the review a very nice member of the company reached out to me to schedule the service. I already had the window repaired, but I did appreciate the outreach. She also said they would review the situation to improve in the future.

  First project- bad communication from salesperson who was fired or quit. Work quality was decent but details like caulking gaps made me worried, but they said they would come back to fix and they did. Second project- Bay window ordered, said it would arrive on October 2nd to their warehouse. I had to call the day before install (October 13th) to find out what time they would arrive, and they didn't even receive the bay window yet and need to push the install. No call to tell me it was delayed! Install went well until I noticed the poor quality wood they used for the bay window frame (huge gouges in the wood) and crack in corner of the bay window. Salesperson was totally disengaged and did not follow up as I would expect. Absolutely horrible customer severs, only one person has the answers and they are not easy to get a hold of. Attempted to take the window screen off the garage window for winter I then noticed that the installer had caulked my window screen to the window frame. This was extremely alarming as this is very basic to do and to understand that caulk doesn't belong there. I asked to speak with the owners multiple times and finally called me in December and I had to explain everything to him and he didn't even have my file in front of him. I negotiated and they only would offer a discount if I signed an Non-disclosure agreement, very sketchy practice. This is how they maintain a good review/rating! This has been a extremely disappointing experience, especially as a returning customer who didn't' have best experience the first time. Lesson learned! I will not be reaching out to them for my future big money projects like the siding and roofing of my home and neither should you! They should hire more customer service people and skilled installers and stop spending their company money on the annoying TV adds. They do not care about you as the customer and this experience has proved it to me! Stay away from this horrible business! I wish I had!

  We feel we did what we could to deliver on communication, installation, and service. Unfortunately, this is an instance where two parties, homeowner and contractor, couldn't find common ground. Upon contract signing, we explain that the job start can only happen when materials arrive from our supplier. In this case, the homeowner ordered Pella windows from Siding Unlimited. As we were approaching an approximate job start, we received a call from the homeowner asking when the job would start. We could not give a definitive answer since we did not receive confirmation from Pella that the windows were ready for delivery. This seems to be the point when our communication broke down. We feel the homeowner's expectation was that the windows should be delivered while Siding Unlimited didn't have confirmation from Pella that the windows were ready. One thing to mention is that Pella delivers windows directly to the homeowner's property, so there is no point where we could have mentioned or alluded to the idea that the windows were at our warehouse. When we did commence installation, our crew was on time for the installation and performed the installation very well. Windows were set properly, insulated properly, and sealed. When a trim piece we installed didn’t meet our expectations, it was replaced promptly at no cost. However, we are always open to any questions a homeowner may have and willing to remedy if needed. Yes, in this case, we replaced the trim piece. There was also a question about the caulking that was not brought to our attention until much later. We were willing to clean and adjust, but the homeowner did not want us back to fix it. What seemed to me to be the biggest issue was a thin, hairline split in the wood frame of the Pella window that didn't show until after the stain was applied. The homeowner brought it to our attention. Since this was in the frame of the window, we called Pella to service their window. Pella ordered a furnitu

  DO NOT use them for decks. Previous owners of our house used them to add on a deck and sunroom. Multiple things wrong. Sunroof not to code, support joists not properly secured and tilting after only 5 years, and did not properly re secure the siding after completion leading to leaks into the house. Poor quality and poor craftsmanship. Deck is only 5 years old and done very poorly. Sidings unlimited were the contractors that pulled the permit. Unsure why they are denying this is their work.

  We’re open to conversation. Open dialogue might be beneficial as well as looking into inspection reports especially the home inspection report as you made the decision to purchased the property. Regardless, the original process was between the previous owner and a contractor.

  My wife and I chose Siding Unlimited to replace the siding on our home. The design part of the project was great. Dayton Kane was very knowledgeable and presented several options to us. The issues began when the installation started. The crew didn't show up on day one. They turned out to be sub-contractors from out of state and while they did work long days they struggled with installing the siding and trim per the contract. We are still finding nails in our yard, landscaping, and driveway and the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail was and still is unacceptable to me as a paying customer. Our concerns were relayed to Siding Unlimited and they did return to attempt to resolve the concerns however fell short. A month or so later when I was installing Christmas lights on our home I found holes in my shingles from improperly installed roof jacks. Siding Unlimited did send a roofer to replace the damaged shingles but missed the first promised date and told me that the siding installer followed industry standards, which is not accurate. Basically, my wife and I don't feel the investment we made was a good value. We paid top dollar for mid-level work. I would be happy to show anyone who is looking into siding replacement our home as this project/process has taught me several things.

  I want to start by saying thank you to Ryan and his wife for choosing Siding Unlimited. We reached out and responded to the their concerns. After seeing this review, we reached out again just to make sure there wasn't anything missed. Ultimately, in the end, we want to make sure the lasting result is a quality job. Ryan's response: "C***** and I recently hosted some Christmas gatherings where family and friends visited. Most of them know we had the house re-sided this year and most of them stated that it looked great. We agree that overall the project does "look" great." Ryan did have real concerns as he mentioned in the review and we feel we addressed his concerns. We want to leave every project with the homeowner receiving a quality job, questions answered, and knowing we have a warranty attached to their project in the event something happens, the homeowner has recourse. Should a warranty claim be needed from a product standpoint, Siding Unlimited will contact the supplier and/or manufacturer to assist in correcting a product issue. If there is a warranty claim for labor, then Siding Unlimited will inspect and take the right path to answering and/or correcting labor claims. Again, thank you to C***** and Ryan for choosing Siding Unlimited and working with us to get to a finished product.

  Very bad experience with Siding Unlimited April 2024. Experienced very poor communications, re-roof job was oversold telling us we were getting their "best roof team we have" only to have job done incorrectly by not connecting bath fan venting to fan roof vents. Having had a terrible mold problem in our attic in the past as a direct consequence of improperly connected bath fan venting, we know more about proper venting than Siding Unlimited does. Ownership response to our discovery of faulty work was "they shook their heads", essentially assigning blame ON THEIR OWN CONTRACTORS. Wrong. Patch work of replaced skylights subpar, see the photos. If you had your roof replaced by this company, you may want to inspect your attic for mold. No, I wouldn't recommend Siding Unlimited for any home repair.

  Siding Unlimited, LLC installed two new Pella picture windows, a new steel entry door from the garage and French Doors off our kitchen. We are super pleased with the doors and windows. The Siding Unlimited staff was great, very efficient, courteous, and cleaned up any mess.

  I had my siding and gutters installed by Siding Unlimited late in 2025 and early 2026. A few weeks ago, one of the downspout extensions with a bracket so the extension flips up was hit by a lawn mower. This damaged the bracket causing the extension to not flip up straight and it came back down immediately. So, I called Siding Unlimited and talked to Kaya, who was fantastic to see if they could come and replace the bracket. They did it at no cost to me and now the downspouts work perfectly. This is an example of great customer service.

  I worked with Sam on my siding project. He was easy to work with. He did not use those cheesey sale tactics. I felt he was straight forward. When picking out siding for my house he offered option that I didn’t even think of. The process was actually fun. I highly recommend working with Sam at Sliding Unlimited.

  Garry Mahuta came out to give me some quotes on work we were thinking about getting done. He was very patient, listened to and answered them all. I had some personal stuff come up and he was understanding and not pushy. He was always willing to to work with my schedule.
