  LH Krueger came to do an initial quote. They called us back and said they were going to pass on the job. We are now back to square one.

  Mike, we get it. We don't like when we have to pass on a job either. But the structural issues on your home put this project well outside our scope and capabilities.

  Go somewhere else. Yes the roof seems fine, it looks like they fulfilled the contract. But after that terrible, lots of trash left in my property. Then the dumpster was left for 3 to 4 days, once the dumpster was picked up there was trash under that was just left. I went to pay at their office but it was closed for and no one answered the phone. Sent payment in a week later but apparently too late now we are stuck with an extra charge. There are tons of companies to choose from that are amazing just go with someone else.

  I don’t recommend this company and won’t use their services again. The quote for our project was misleading. We experienced poor customer service and no service recovery, disappointing project outcome, and lack of empathy.

  This company offered us a free restaurant gift card to give them a five star review on platforms advertising businesses. They even offered us example reviews so that we had a template for what to say. This should be illegal. Don't believe what you read.

  Simply pathetic customer service. We met with Mark who spent nearly an hour going over the job with us. Mark then left and told us to watch for his estimate. It should also be noted that Mark did NOT wear a mask or take any social distancing precautions around an 85 year old senior citizen during his visit. We then waited several weeks for the estimate and called 3-4 times for an update during this time. After another call today, they decide to lie to me by claiming that Mark told us the day of the estimate that they couldn't handle this big of a job. This could not be further from the truth and simply never happened! The job was to replace decaying siding and any other damage that has occurred underneath a small portion of the house. It may be difficult to estimate the damage but it is not a very big section of the house. If they can't handle something this small, I would really encourage anyone considering this company to tread carefully before trusting you home to them. To make matters worse, winter is now approaching and we are back to square one after waiting 4+ weeks to get someone to give us an estimate and then another 3+ weeks to find out they did not even wish to bid the job. Unfortunately we only called LH Krueger for the estimate based on their deceivingly great reviews here on Google. It is very clear now that these reviews do to carry much weight with this company. I never write reviews... stay far, far away.

  Tried several times to get an estimate on work needed at my apartment building. I was told I would get an estimate emailed to me. After several weeks of not hearing anything I called for an update. I was told they did not complete the estimate and they would send another person to do an estimate. Several weeks go by and I get an email asking if I was still interested. I replied I never got an initial estimate and I still wanted one. Never heard from this company again. How they stay open I have no idea. Customer service is horrible. Shows there values which is not the customer. Stay away!!!!

  My old roof was 22 years old. Time to get a new one. Wasn’t sure who to call for estimates. I heard the L.H. Krueger jingle on the radio and also saw that my neighbors just had their roof updated with them. They were happy with the work that was done, so I called to get an estimate. Was happy with the estimate I got & hired them. I couldn’t be happier with my new roof ! Great customer service ! I would definitely recommend this company !

  Great experience! I had a small siding issue but was worried it could cause major issues. It seemed like there were no companies out there that would be willing to fix it but LH Krueger did! At a fair price. Excellent communication and professional service. Highly recommend.

  A great experience from start to finish. Ty was great on the initial visit. He actually got up on the roof and spent at least 30 minutes finding our issue and coming up with a repair plan. Today Benet was here this morning to do the repair. In less than an hour the work was done with a promise to return if we see any issues. The cost of the repair was $26,500.00 less than the original estimate I received from another company. Of course the other guys wanted to replace 1/2 of the entire roof. One comment, the name should be changed to L.H. Krueger and family so the young lady doing the commercials gets recognized for her work too. Thanks, Jim Duren

  They were the only company who gave us an estimate on our roof and that checked out our attic also. In doing so, there were problems in the attic that would have continued even with a new roof and would caused us to need another new roof …

  Had a few shingles ripped off my roof in a storm. LH Krueger did a fantastic job coming out to assess, quickly putting together a quote at a fair price, and very quick repair. They were kind enough to tighten a couple other loose shingles they found while inspecting the roof. 10/10 would recommend utilizing their services!
