Poor response - unreliable - love their AI for incoming calls for service. Business must be booming

They stopped by and were super friendly. However. I never received a quote for the gutters and a small flashing section nor windows but did receive a quote to redo our houses siding (which I said multiple times we didn't want when they were out)

I would give them a 0 if I could. I call them up asking about a small repair. They set up an inspection. I talked with the inspector what it was. He inspects the problem then ghosts me. I reach out to them and they said they wouldn’t take a job other than a full redo. I ask why would you go through all this knowing what the issue was from the start. The inspector proceeds to try and yell at me on the phone before I hung up. Terrible communication. Lack of accountability. Would avoid at all costs.

Scheduled an appointment for yesterday at 4pm and we were completely ghosted. No call, no show. I requested a call back and still nothing. We will be going with another company. Uncommunicative and unprofessional.

Rob and his team did a great job, explained everything they were going to do and accommodated my concerns. They cleaned up everything and swept my driveway, and went over it with a magnetic sweeper to ensure there were no nails on the ground. They took pictures and showed me the aftermath of my brand new roof installation. No complaints!

Great experience all around. Rob worked with us to get our roof replaced during an unideal timeline to get our house sold. They replaced two problematic skylights at a reasonable price. Most important thing is they paid attention to the details that others might overlook. Crew was on time, efficient, and left the property clean. Transparent pricing, no surprises. The finished roof looks great. Would absolutely recommend.

Hi Michael, Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We know how stressful selling a home can be - especially when working against a timeline - so we're glad Rob and the team were able to make the process smooth and predictable for you. Replacing those skylights and ensuring every detail was handled properly was important to us, and we truly appreciate you noticing the care our crew put into the project (and cleanup!). Wishing you the best in your next chapter, and thank you again for the recommendation! - The Mighty Dog Team

What an amazing service from start to finish! We decided it was time to get our house tightened up, from a leaking roof, to old wood siding that was losing its battle to keep bugs, bats and birds from making their homes in all the nooks and …
