Only the very best! Best people best material best price! Roof was stripped bare of old tar paper and shingles-Then #30 sheets of half inch plywood were taken off and thrown in dumpster! All new decking was then cut and installed! #30 new plywood decking sheets! Then the RHINO BRAND synthetic waterproofed underlayment was installed! Then the Owens Corning DURATION SHINGLES were installed! All new vents#3 to be exact plus a new Ruberized stove pipe vent! All that for $12k! They even took my old gutters off the bldg and took all the old material to the dump!!! I considered four other roofing company's with estimates and top tier came out on top!The entire job was conducted like a surgeon preparing for surgery! The material arrived-my driveway was full of roofing supplies-black drip edge-shingles-vents-4by8 half inch plywood-stacked thirty deep! I have a main roof then two other porch roofs-all three roofs were done! The old cruddy gutters came down and the nice tight black drip edge went up! All the way around the house! My house is huge- two story's high over 1800 square feet! The photos were taken by job supervisor-I got every one of them-each plywood decking sheet was spray paint numbered to show how many were used! My insurance company was blown away by all the photos as was my mortgage holder-USDA!!! The buyer of this house will love all the photos as I have them all!

From the very thorough inspection of the roof to the explanation and quote process to the actual install of the roof Top Tier exceeded every expectation I had. Their communication was fantastic, their responsiveness was even better, and the construction was top notch. There was not a single negative in this entire process. Thank you for everything you did throughout the process, we are beyond satisfied customers.

Top Tier is the best roofing contractor in the Syracuse NY area. They were prompt, installed the roof when they said they would. And they did it in 1 day!!! Our roof had a higher pitch with many peaks and they still quoted us a great price. We recommend Top Tier for any roofing need.

  Reply from the business

Thank you for the fantastic recommendation, Richard! We are thrilled to hear how pleased you were with your full roof replacement, especially given the steep pitch and complex peak design of your home. Safely navigating high-pitch roofs with intricate valleys demands advanced rigging skills and specialized installation techniques, which is why our team works so hard to deliver top-quality results in Syracuse. We truly appreciate your trust in TopTier Roofing!
