Used their services many times and was always pleased. They removed an ice dam on the roof in February and left a sledge hammer sized hole in my roof. They did not disclose the damage then and now no one with any authority will even speak to me regarding the incident. I was not even looking for them to pay for the repair, only to acknowledge it and offer some kind of fix.

Soft wash?? Absolutely not low pressure used on these roofs. Voiding all manufacture warranties at each stop! These guys are now making fake Facebook accounts to post “amazing results” at the highest costs around. KNOW WHO YOUR HIRING. ASK QUESTIONS & DO BETTER.

Review CNY ROOF CLEANERS ZERO STARS! The level of incompetence is staggering! Kindergarten kids would have performed better! They were hired to seal my rolled roof over our porch! They completely botched the job and I will have to replace the the entire rolled roof and two skylights! They are incompetent as regards the technicians they dispatched to our home. I will include pictures to demonstrate. They used an aluminum based sealer which is so toxic we had to vacate the house, and the compound was never fully mixed before application. They never taped the facia and trim and the coating was slobbered all over! My elevated skylights are ruined. Coverage was spotty, incomplete and sloppily applied as if swabbed with a mop head! One area not even covered, plus they never met the seam where the wall meets the roof line! I would not recommend this company to anyone! It’s been three days since I called them to remedy and I have not yet heard back! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. See my pictures! Btw these are the real pictures.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had them clean my gutters for many years and they did an ok job, but the last few times they recommended stuff for my roof and that caused LEAKS & PROBLEMS to my roof. I had to get a whole new roof to fix it!!! BEWARE!!! Get an actual roofer who knows what they are doing..

I would give this company a 0 star if I could. They came to my home to pressure wash my house. When they were finished the house was tiger striped from where they missed multiple spots. How they could pressure wash a two story house with a 12’ladder is beyond me. They were on site for less than 2 hours to pressure wash my home. My cameras shows the total time they took to pressure wash my home which was less than 1 hour of washing. The other hour was setup and tear down and talking on the phone. Further this company is in violation of NYS General Business Law Article 36 A by not providing a written contract for services or maintenance of greater than $500. They did offer to come back but since I have filed a complaint with the NYS attorney general I was advised to not let them back on the property. This is all around a bad situation since I try to use veteran own business.

We hired this company for a full exterior pressure washing and gutter cleaning service that cost just under $5,000. Unfortunately, our experience after the service has been very disappointing. …

Review for CNY roof cleaners Dont use CNY roof cleaners unless you want them to do the wrong job and break your stuff. On February 16th, I had CNY roof, cleaners come to my home to complete an ice removal service on my bottom right side gutter in the back of my home. They did the completely wrong gutter, didn’t call to clarify or confirm and charged me despite previously saying that they would send me a bill and before, and after pictures first. While completing the service, they cleaned the wrong gutter, broke my gutter brackets, and ripped off my heat tape. They never called to let me know of the damages. Once I discovered the damages and that they did not even clear off the correct gutter, I called to get the issue resolved. I sent a video of proof as well as a detailed email of the issues. It took 2 weeks of attempting to resolve the issue and the response I’d get was, “we’ll send it to management, we will escalate this to management and call you back.” On every occasion they did not call me back, except calls made on 2/20/26. I have had to call and email multiple times to get a response and try to keep things moving. Multiple calls were made on the following dates: 2/17/26, 2/20/26, 2/21/26, 2/23/26, 2/26/26, & 3/5/26. Emails were sent on 2/17/26, 2/20/26, & 3/5/26. It wasn’t until over a week and a half of calling and asking for a refund that they finally gave me my refund on 2/23, I had to remain on the phone and wait for email confirmation just to make sure they would actually give it to me. Throughout all of these conversations I also told them I wanted them to come reinstall my heat, tape and fix my gutters for free due to the workers breaking them. They again told me they would “escalate the issue to management,” and I didn’t need to call them because they would call me. After waiting for over a week I left an email, made phone calls, and left voicemails with no response back. I still have not received any responses. Do not use this service if the

I called and spoke to Tyler. I explained i needed my gutters cleaned and told him of past experiences with not so positive results. He explained how they go about it and I booked them. Gentleman showed up on time, introduced himself and did a great job. He let me know when he was done and that was that. I'd use them again for certain!

We had the roof cleaning, shingle replacement and roof life extender basic shingle protection completed by Roman. He did an outstanding job and the roof looks like new. Roman was great to work with, very professional, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend CNY Roof Cleaners. We told our friends and neighbors who have used CNY Roof Cleaners and are equally impressed.

Just watched an employee on a commercial cleaning job at Cicero Animal Hospital while cleaning the gutter and roof, carefully remove a perfect randomly growing sunflower from the gutter, and gently transplant it into the existing garden 100’ away from where it was taken out. What a great look for the company and showing why effort matters. Great job.

CNY roofers repaired some broken shingles on my roof and sealed others to protect against weather-related wear and tear. The person who did the work seemed extremely competent, and I found it easy to communicate with the company from start to finish. Very reliable company--great service.
