  John was advertising in the pennysaver from top to bottom $49 roof repairs, we had one shingle missing and try to tell us _685 to replace the one shingle no warranty small ranch house. We told him we had to get some more estimate That's when he began swearing at us telling us don't call him ever again this was our last chance to do business with him after he leaves he will not do business with us again Beware very arrogant and ignorant

  I contacted them to fix my fascia. Initially they were very responsive and came to my house to give an estimate. They were going to return the following week to complete the job, but did not show up. They also did not respond to my subsequent text message to check on status. I ended up hiring a different contractor to complete the project

  I called in the middle of August for a quote to have a metal roof installed. I received a call back in about 1 week and was told they were scheduling out 3 months. Then he told me that because of that they could not quote the job. I did not know the middle of November was to late to have a roof installed. I have a smaller house and i feel like they just did not want to bother with it. If it was a $50,000 job i an sure they would have found the time to do the job. Terrible business.

  called them because the add they have on the radio said that they repair anything top to bottom but they told me they will not do a garage roof.

  Top to bottom is an excellent choice for home improvements. They are a great crew who works fast and is very knowledgeable while explaining the process so anyone can understand what’s going on. John the owner is on the job overseeing and working with his guys to make sure everything is done right. By far the best company to use for home improvements I will recommend to anyone who needs work done on their house.

  Great customer service. Very fair prices. I called 3 companies to fix my roof and John was the only one to come out the day I called and he was able to start work the next day. He informed me the repair might be extensive,quoted me an estimate and went above and beyond to get the job done. John takes pride in his work and truly wants to help his customers. He even helped me with my insurance company. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their quality workmanship

  Top to Bottom is a very professional home improvement company. The owner John is very detail oriented and customer service is fantastic. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for home improvements.

  If I could give John and his crew 10 stars I would! Such great people and the work was above and beyond my expectations. They did a great job fixing my foundation and removing mold from the basement. The crew was pleasant and polite and did a beautiful job cleaning up. Can't say enough good things about this company to everyone I talk to. If you need a repair, do yourself a favor and call John!

  Jon and his team were professional and quick. We called them on a Saturday and they were at our house within an hour completing the repair. Great service. Great price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and fair pricing.
