  Roofing experience was a little less than stellar, but Stellar resolved any and all issues I had found. Rating is based of of the sales & roofing experience. During the sales pitch, it sounded like Stellar's crew are a notch above the rest. But I had what I would call an average experience from the crew. They did not communicate well with us when they needed something, they crushed some of our landscaping, scratched up our deck, damaged a window screen, left a hole in one of the soffits, and installed a banged up piece of drip edge, and installed wrong color fascia wrap. But I guess what you are really paying for is the Project Manager and their willingness to get everything sorted for you. Which he did and he had his crew fix the issues they could, and Stellar compensated me for the rest. However, the experience with the Project Manager wasn't completely smooth either. They did not know what locations were supposed to get gutters removed & fascia wrap, we had to walk through the paperwork with him. He was very friendly and willing to work with me. I just would have thought this company had better internal communication give how it was sold to us. Speaking of, the sales experience was not my favorite. The salesman was at my house for hours, and was very pushy. I repeatedly stated I needed time to review but he would not leave until I signed something. The roof it supposed to last 20 years, so as long as that holds true its a 5 star review. Since I cannot predict the future my rating is based on the experience. Update: Finally had gutters installed, which was supposed to be 2-4 weeks after roof. Took 6 weeks. And this was after putting an urgency in the gutters since the lack of them was flooding my basement. After they installed them the miter joint was leaking and water is leaking between the fascia and the gutter. They have fixed the miter and they will hopefully fix the water leaking behind the gutter. Every step of the way I've needed to double check thei

  Had someone come out and give me a quote for new gutters. Asked if he would be able to email me the quote as I had a couple of other people coming for quotes in the next couple of days. He agreed he would send it. A couple days past and I never received the quote. I called back asking if they would be able to send the quote. They replied by saying " they never sent the quote because they didn't think I was serious enough and that they thought the time it took them to send me the email would be a waste of there time". Absolutely bizarre. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Especially if you are looking for more than 1 quote for a job. Lol

  I had someone from Stellar Roofing knock on my door and say that they were doing some roofs in my neighborhood and offered a discount if I book in 30 days. They were quick to get someone out here for an estimate. I’ve had to buy a roof on my previous home and it was a generally easy process to get estimates from multiple roofers. Most would come by, take some measurements and pictures and then email me the estimate within a couple days. It took maybe 10 minutes of my time and that’s what I am used to. I was not prepared for a full sales pitch that took hours of my day. The cherry on top was that the quote for a roof and gutters came in at over $66,000 - how??? This is a house not a commercial building. Other reputable and insured contractors have given me quotes between $12,000 and $20,000 depending on the quality of materials. How are they over 3x as much? Sadly, this was not a good use of my time and I will definitely not be calling them back. I did find it strange that there was an emphasis about the owner being a devout Christian who holds the golden rule in high standard, the sales presentation even had a slide with the quote from the gospel of Matthew. There are other parts of the Bible that talk about USURY, so, there’s that too. The quote didn’t include a break down of materials, labor charge, old roof removal, etc- it was just hyper inflated and didn’t seem to really be based on anything.

  Wouldn’t help with our roof problem, Stated don’t do such problems. But yet advertise differently. My opinion only in it fit big money making projects. False advertising!!!

  Stellar did a great job getting a large job done in two days. Cleaned up really well. Francisco kept us up to date with texts and pictures! Luis and crew were very professional and productive!

  The sales rep, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and efficient in getting us in the know about the whole process. Antonio, our project manager, was right on top of things as the roof was being installed. The crew were hard working and did an excellent job of installing our new roof.   Great experience. Starting with Devan Piccone and the initial inspection through to the actual roof being completed. Project manager Nector Garcia kept me updated throughout the process. The crew was polite and efficient. I would totally use Stellar again.

  Brendon Talbot was super helpful, he came and fixed our furnace vent, he was super helpful and fast and efficient, we are very happy with his services, stellar did a great job handling our issue and making sure it was resolved to our satisfaction 😄 10/10!!!!
