Called for leak in a small section of siding under second window from right. She said their minimum is $4000 to replace one whole side of house!

I used them on a roofing job. And they never finished my gutters, and my chimney, I did a review, they tricked me into, taking it down, said they would give me, .free work never use them again. Be careful who you use. terrible work and customer service

I spent over $20,000 to have my roof replaced and the front and back of my house sided. While the roof looks great the workers destroyed both my flower bed and vegetable gardens by stomping on them and throwing energy drinks in them along with hand prints left on the white corners and junk left behind. The siding was put on backwards with quite a few seams showing and shutters not put back up. The project manager/Foreman was wanting me to cash out before installing new gutters which is very sketchy. There was nails. siding, roof spikes scattered throughout my yard and screws all over my driveway. I was advised the company would make it right only to get blown off and feel I did not get what I paid for and will also leave a google review similar to this one.

Tired to get an estimate. Right after scheduling, they called me 12 times in one day. Relentless. I called them and asked them to stop and remove my number—then they called another four times. …

If someone had personally called me and spoken to me like any true salesman should I would have been open to a conversation. But a random text and phone call without myself ever contacting this company is unacceptable in my opinion. I am in sales and I would never randomly try to cold call someone.

Absolutely annoying. I keep getting calls from this company even though I've told them repeatedly I'm not interested nor was I ever interested. Not sure where they got my number but it's none stop.

I would not recommend Five Star Improvements. I contacted them regarding an estimate for replacing the siding on my detached garage. Shannon, the estimator, was an hour and a half late to our appointment. Although the estimator's late arrival was communicated with me via phone call from a woman in the office, I still think it is unprofessional to arrive that late to a scheduled appointment. I happened to be available that day but under normal circumstances, I would not have been able to wait around for an hour and a half. When Shannon was here I found her to be quite unprofessional, commenting on imperfections of my house and garage that I was not seeking work on. It has been over 2 weeks since she came out to complete the estimate and I never received a quote. Needless to say, I went with a different company.

We were referred to Five Star by a neighbor and are very satisfied with the new roof they just installed. Mason (sales), Matt (project manager), roofers, and office staff were all great. Excellent communication, scheduling, roofing, and clean-up. Highly recommend.
