Left our roof with tiles missing. When I questioned the guy he started shouting at me. After a few days I called the office and had to listen to yet more abuse. Scary experience to say the least. Now we are having to pay more money to fix it. Appalling service. The only positive was that they did clean up before leaving.

Hi Jazbo, I would appreciate the chance to speak with you directly regarding your negative review. We settled your insurance claim and completed work for you in spring of 2020. At the time, you were extremely happy. I even installed emergency tarping on the upper rear slope of your roof prior to settling the insurance claim. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so I can better understand the situation and make things right. I’m confused why you waited over 5 years to leave a bad review. Respectfully, Anthony Giordano

Anthony set up a appointment for Sunday stop by early and late afternoon to evaluate my roofing issue. No call to cancel or explain why a no show. Not a good way to gain my business. Bye Anthony and good luck with your future commitments to your customers.

We contacted them because of the good reviews online. They called back and said they would come by in a few days, never heard from them ever again. I would think their work is stellar but if they can not follow through on a simple appointment how good can the work be? We went elsewhere

I contacted Anthony 4 weeks ago. He gave me a quote and said he would start the job "next week". The next week came and he said he couldn't do it but "next week" he could. The next week came and he said he could noyt do it that week either but next week he could. I said OK, lets pick a day and time. He said he couldn't give me one. I had enough. I found someone else.

I received a return call from Tony. Told him what I needed, and sent him pictures. For whatever the reason was that he did not want the job common courtesy goes a long way. Take a second to let the person know.

I would use three words to describe my experience with Mr Giordano. Polite. Prompt. Professional. After calling three handyman services, (including the one that does a lot of advertising locally), and two roofing companies without success, Mr Giordano came over, gave me a quote and did the repair work in a little over a weeks time from start to finish, and the final bill was $20 dollars less than the original quote!

Anthony was great to work with; he was clear with what needed to be done, gave options and did excellent work for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Anthony was hired to repair a leak over a bay window that had been repaired, re-roofed, re-repaired, yet still leaked. He was punctual, neat, thorough and we recently had two of the hardest rains in the history of Rochester. Nary a drop inside the house. This was a demontrably PERFECT repair.
