Just tried to get a rough estimate from these guys to help me do work on the house I'm buying. Their customer service was totally unprofessional: Took them a whole week to get back to me and then flat out refused to even give an estimate if I wouldn't pay them $300 to come out and look at the roof. Hey, why do you think I just got it inspected for a boatload of money? So I could pay you guys to come out and tell me exactly the same thing? It really costs you nothing to just give an estimate and then from there I could consider hiring you to do the work. Yeah, we all need to make a living, but trying to siphon every dime out of someone who's already spending tons to buy a house is just petty greed. I would never recommend these guys based on their attitude and bad customer service, much less hire them. Go with someone who knows the value of treating their customers with respect.

Called for and estimate for a porch roof repair. Set the appointment and the day before they come out say the can't do it because all their jobs are in Philly right now. Don't advertise that you work in multiple townships if you don't have the personal or resources to cover. Waste of time.

The people at Top Tier completed two jobs on my home this year. My South Philly row home has a build out on the back of the first floor. After a big rainstorm, the kitchen was leaking. They came quickly to check out the roof over the build out and diagnosed the problem quickly. They fixed it less than a week later and the job took less than a day. They left the backyard area cleaner than they found it after the project. A few months later the leak came back. They returned to examine their work and took a look at the main roof above the second floor. Unfortunately for me, they found a much larger issue that also needed to be addressed. They scheduled the job within 3 days of the visit and it was completed within a few hours of their arrival. The crew is friendly and the office staff was highly communicative and helpful. They offered financing options which I did not expect. I ended up taking out a personal loan before I saw that but I was relieved to see I had the option.

Had my roof and side piece redone by these guys in early April (yeah im late on this review, but better late than never). They did a phenomenal job, arrived on time and cleaned up everything for a reasonable price. Planning to use them again very soon and would highly recommend them.

Bobby, Shane, and their entire crew were very knowledgeable, honest, fast, and professional. On the day of the roof work, the laborers were all very courteous to us and to our our neighbors. When work was completely, they took the extra time to clean everything up outside the house and on the street.

After all the snow and ice this winter, we found that our roof was leaking into a bedroom and we knew we would need to replace it. Bobby from Top Tier was very professional and came out quickly when I reached out for a quote. We decided to go with Top Tier over other roofers in large part due to the professionalism that Bobby displayed. They were able to schedule the work quickly around our schedule, and completed the work in one day, and did a fine job cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Top Tier roofing. We had a complete roof replaced and the owner Bobby and his team did a fantastic job. The price is very competitive if not better than others, honest, knowledgeable, insured and very clean after completing the work. The owner Bobby answered all my questions and went over and above to make the process and job easy as possible. If you need a new roof or repair, definitely call Top Tier!

I reached out to Top Tier Roofing to take a look at the roof of a new home. They came out quickly to inspect the roof, took pictures, and offered multiple options to address the issue. They offered competitive rates compared to other quotes I received, along with a 15-year warranty that was the best I encountered. Throughout the process, Bobby was great at responding to any questions I had, ranging from recommended repair options, materials used, and compatibility with solar panels. Scheduling was a breeze and all of the work was completed on time in one day.
