Not a trust worthy company. Must be all family and friends giving the 5 stars. Had them come out to do a small job and the very next rain storm it was leaking again. They been giving me the runaround ever since. Excuse after excuse. If they ever finish the job they’ll prob try and charge me again for the same unfinished job. Looking to take them to small claims court asap. Use another roofer!!!

I was pleased with the initial communication. But after a year, had a leak issue and reached out thinking I had 12 years warranty, i wasn’t able to get them to fix the issue so I paid and got someone else to fix it.

ZTS-2784 Whoever was driving the truck with this license plate this morning kept swerving from the left to right lane to the exit ramp and back in all without a turn signal. Upset me to see a family business that didn’t care about safety when commuting

Disappointed in service here. Had company come out and they did visual inspection and made appointment for them to come out this week for a water test and inspection for a leak in my home. Never got a return call to any of my attempts or a return text nor an explanation of why they did show up at scheduled appointment. Had to go back to square 1 and find another company to help.

Hey Amanda, we are so sorry that you feel that way. We try to accommodate each & every person to the best of our ability. Unfortunately an emergency had occurred and completely stopped all business until it was situated. We take pride in communicating with our customers! Communication is the key to life. Hopefully your roofing issues get resolved & again we offer our apologies.

What an amazing experience. Referred to me by another treasured acquaintance, Neal and his team were quick to quote and but for the rainy weather we were having, jumped right in and he and the team completed the project in fine form, going just a tad over estimate as there was a great deal they had to repair and a few things for doing a great project! For sure I will reach out for further projects. Thank you

Thank you so much, Fee! We're grateful your acquaintance thought enough of us to send you our way, and even more glad the experience lived up to it. Once the rain finally cooperated, Neal and the team were happy to dig in, and when there's extra repair work to be done right, we'd always rather do it properly than cut corners. It means a lot that you'd reach out for future projects. We're always here whenever you need us down the road!

Neal and his team were so awesome. They were respectful, clean, efficient, courteous and did an outstanding job. Neal got right back to me when I texted him and shared all the before and after photos with me. I would recommend Spennato Family Roofing to everyone.

8/5/2026 Job well done!!! This is the second experience Ive had with Spenatto Family Roofing, this time they removed and replaced my entire roof, replaced beams, added insulation, and sistered multiple joists. Impeccable work as always. …

Thank you so much, Trimicka! Having you back a second time means more to us than any first-time review could, because repeat trust is what we work hardest to earn. This was a big job, from the full roof replacement to the beams, insulation, and sistering those joists, and we're proud it came together cleanly and on time even after we fit you into a changed slot. We remember that first job too, and how a couple of companies wouldn't even touch the electrical side. Finding a way to get it done safely is just how we operate. It means the world that you'd recommend us above all others. We're always here whenever you need us down the road!

Thank you so much, Kim! We're glad the whole process was an easy one, and you hit on something we're proud of: when you call us, you're talking to people who actually know roofing, not a salesperson reading off a script. A detailed quote, fair pricing, and a full tear-off and install done right in a single day is exactly what we aim for. It means a lot that you'd recommend us and do business with us again. We're always here if you ever need anything down the road!

My roof started leaking, I remember Spennato family roofing few years ago installed a roof on my neighbors house, I spoke with the owner, and liked the service he provided. So when I needed my roof replaced he was the first company I called and got it a new roof installed. Thank you for your service Spennato family Roofing

  Reply from the business

Thank you, Shabu! It means a lot that a roof we put on your neighbor's home stuck with you and brought you back to us when you needed your own. That kind of trust is what a family business runs on. We're grateful you called us first, and we hope you enjoy the new roof!

A leaking skylight is almost never the glass. It is the flashing and seal around the frame giving out after years of sun and temperature swings. And the leak does not always show right under the skylight, water runs along the framing and drips several feet away, so people hunt for the problem in the wrong spot. Skylights are something homeowners call us back for again and again, so we know to trace the water to where it actually starts instead of chasing the stain. Skylight dripping in hard rain, or a ceiling mark near one? We will give you a straight read on whether it is a reseal or a full replacement.
