  All I needed was a vent hole cut into the flat roof with a termination cap for venting a bathroom fan that the electrician had installed. Very simple, small job. Big Joe's was recommended by AI for doing small jobs such as this. So, I got a quick quote from a roofer at Big Joe's -- no specific name was provided (which is a little odd), but I accepted the $400 quote that was emailed (which is a bit on the high side). The roofer (whoever he was) texted me from then on, and said that he and the electrician had to coordinate. So, I gave him the contact info for the elec. Things went very downhill after that. He failed to contact the electrician. I asked what's going on, got no reply, then asked again, then he contacted the electrician, then failed to show up at the arranged time and failed to notify me or the electrician, then set up another day to meet but failed again to meet or contact either one of us, then failed to respond to my text that asked once again "what is going on"? After asking a second time, he finally responded that I am not the only one on his to do list!!! So, he's basically blaming me for his failure to a) show up, b) contact us if he has a change of plans. I fired him. Fortunately, no $ had changed hands. Go with another roofing company. Big Joe's is not going to give a hoot about you or any other contractors that are waiting on him.

  Talked to the guy on the phone. He said he’d have someone come and look at my roof while I was at work to give me a quote. He said to text the address. I did. I even sent pictures. Never got a response when I asked for an update. So disappointed because I really need the issue fixed asap.

  Big Joe’s Roofing did an incredible job replacing our roof and installing our new skylight. The entire team was efficient, thorough, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. They kept us informed throughout the process and took the time to walk us through what they were doing and why, which we really appreciated. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish, and we’re extremely happy with the finished result.   Other companies gave me quotes over 6K. Joe's quote 4K. The crew was professional, diligent, and took care of other details. Throughout the entire process , the crew kept me informed. There was no hidden costs. The entire team from the estimater to Ann was nothing but professional and friendly. Total time from estimate to completion of work less than a week

  Nothing is scarier than being a new home owner and having a large leak in your home. But Big Joe's been OUTSTANDING to work with. From our initial roof replacement 3 years ago, they have been prompt, kind, and understanding of our requests/needs. Every time we have asked for help with service, they have been out within 24 hours with either solving our issues or coming up with a solution. They will over deliver every time.   I highly recommend Big Joe’s Roofing! From the moment I called, they responded quickly and made the entire process stress-free. Their customer service was outstanding, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and respectful. They completed the job in a timely manner and did excellent work. Most importantly, they fixed the problem before it turned into a much bigger and more expensive issue. It’s hard to find a company that’s reliable, honest, and truly cares about its customers, but Big Joe’s Roofing exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a job well done!   Called big joes roofing with the hopes of getting my dilapidated back roof redone. I was very worried about Joe and his crew being able to save it because it literally had rotted so badly there were holes . Once he came over and gave me an estimate and I agreed they started next day and man ... I was very impressed on how easy the entire process was from start to finish . Not only did they come earlier than expected they got the roof done by 2 pm! They got everything torn down and fixed fast ! Not only did they correct issues that led to the original roof leaking and failing they got the roof even more stable and back to condition it should have been from the start ! And all at a reasonable price, considering how bad this roof was to begin with . Him and his crew were professional and truly did an amazing job . I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any roof repairs !

  Roof leaked on Monday, heavy storms. Tuesday I sent my inquiry. Wednesday I got my quote for a new roof. It was done before NOON Friday. all in for $5K.
