Inquired about a roof repair a while back. Said the repair was "Not Easy" and "Tedious". Said he would come by and didn't. Said he would come by again and didn't. Then said I should call around to get another opinion. So I did. Called Big Joe's Roofing. They came out, gave me and estimate, and repaired it within a week.

Unfortunately, rude and very unprofessional. Didn't want to use our ladder to access roof, nor bring their own ladder to access roof for replacement or repair. They stated it's going to rain this weekend and they were too busy. Really …

I called for an estimate, and the owner was extremely rude. I am an investor so I have lots of business for the right company, but it's certainly not going to be this company. And don't answer with a smart remark as you are use to doing. …

I had a great experience with this company! I requested a quote and they were at my house to assess the work within hours, providing the estimate that same day. Joe offered different options on the best way to proceed and my roof was completed the following week. The work looks amazing and clean. They were transparent throughout the process and photographed everything they did.

We got a new roof from Discounted Roofing. They were extremely responsive. We got a quote fast. They did the work in less than a day, for the quoted price, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
