After coming out to my house to get an inspection, they never responded back with with a quote despite calling back several times

This is an unfortunate review, we try our best to keep up with the demand But after the recent weeks with the flash flooding during summer thunderstorms, we were overbooked trying to accommodate everyone as best we could, we apologize

I filled out the inquiry form online, someone named Ernie apace (I’m assuming the owner) emailed me and asked for a home address and phone number. I replied with the information and even sent him a picture of the spot leaking inside my house for reference, since the inside and outside would need to me looked at. Never replied back at all. Maybe the job on my house wasn’t worth their time? Unprofessional and I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Hi octavia, we deeply apologize for the oversight. It’s our busy season and we are doing our best to meet the demands of our customers and potential customers. This was purely a matter of us overlooking your response, and for that we are sorry. We wish you the best of luck finding a roofing company to suit your needs. If you are willing to give us another chance to make it right- we would be happy to come out and provide a free estimate. Thank you

Refused to get me an estimate because he would not go into my area. It’s very discriminatory to refuse to work because the property is located in a low income neighborhood!

  Reply from the business

Hi unfortunately the area you provided is out of our service area, our deepest apologies

2/25/2021 I awoke this morning, with a Pace truck on my sidewalk without my permission. The truck did damage to my property. I asked the guy working on the roof why did they drive a truck on my property, he replied he had no idea. I contacted the company as of yet no reply. I have security cameras showing the incident and will be taking this company to court.

PACE was super efficient and set me up with service within 48 hours of our initial call to do the service. Sean came out DURING THE RAIN to do the estimate that day and the project was completed within an hour two days later. No more leaking roof!

Had them repair and replace a drain box and repair a flat roof and silver coat. There were there on time. Called to confirm appointments and completed the job and their clean up was spotless. Will use them again for other properties I own

I can’t say enough good things about Ernie at Pace Roofing! Even though they don’t work on fiberglass roofs, he took the time to call me back, answer my questions, and point me toward companies that do. He didn’t have to do any of that, but he did anyway. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you, Ernie, for being so helpful—I truly appreciate it!

Pace Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof and also recommending and making repairs under the roof to ensure structural safety. They were available to answer any questions and walk me through the process in detail. Punctual and quick and clean! Highly recommend.

It’s basically everything you want from a company. They told me they would come out at a certain time and date for the estimate they arrived 10mins early for the estimate. The quote was competitive with all the others i accepted the price and they just finished my new roof today. It looks great and they helped me get set up with 0% card so i can pay the roof off within the next 2 years with no extra charges. Highly recommend Pace.

I received a good price quote that was guaranteed from 2 years ago. PACE Roofing was able to accommodate my request to move forward with the roof replacement. Ernie was very helpful with question about what type of roof/materials/style would work best depending on my house. I have worked with this company previously and they always try to help with your needs.

Got a much-needed new roof by these professionals. I was told prior to the scheduled date when to expect the team and who would be doing the work. I got a new roof, gutters, skylight, the works. They did the job, without making a mess, took all the debris, provided pictures and I am confident this roof will last a long time. This is a real company, staffed by professionals who know exactly what they are doing. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right, in a timely manner by professionals.
