  After spending $7000,00 on two repairs that didn't correct the leak we originally called them to fix. Finally they used our hose to pour water on the roof and were able to get the area of the leak. Instead of guessing this should have been done when we first called them!

  Do not use Union roofing! I repeat DO NOT use Union roofing. We called them in 2024 because we were having roof issues. They accessed the issue and stated our skylights needed upgrading and it was a particular spot that needed repair. He was adamant.about it being the skylights causing the issue. He NEVER said we needed an entire roof. They charged us $5,350 for 2 skylights & supposedly fixed the issue along with installing rubber edge on the roof. Sadly they prey on people being uneducated about roofing. They made it seem as if they were fixing our problem especially for $5,350! They came here today to look at the same issue we asked for them to address in 2024 & instead of saying the previous worker messed up... they tried to convince us we need a new roof & he can do it for $6,500. Why the hell would we pay union $5,350 in 2024, and we were assured we didn't need a whole new roof, to now 2026 we need an entire roof for $6,500? And its no longer a warranty. Make it make sense....We would've gotten a new roof in 2024. They are get overs and I'm going to make sure EVERYBODY know it.

  Union Roofing gave me an affordable estimate. I love the before & after pictures that were taken. Bryan was very helpful however after the job was completed my roof started leaking which it wasn't doing before the work started. I'm in the process of waiting for the weather and Union Roofing to FIND and STOP the LEAK that has DESTROYED MY DRYWALL CEILING, WINDOW WALL AND HARDWOOD FLOORS. Hopefully, this leaking issue will be repaired in a timely manner so I can stop soaking up water with towels, dumping buckets of water and constantly monitoring and washing & drying towels to try to lessen more damages. This has been a horrible few weeks! Still waiting for a solution! This is an update on my previous roofing issue. Union Roofing crew came out on an attempt to resolve the ice freeze damage and sealing all areas that They thought was causing the leaking. It was believed that the issue would be resolved but it wasn't by installing a bigger drainbox. It appeared to me that the leaking had been fixed so I gave the ok for the restoration company to come out and pull down the drywall and insulation but it all was damp and had mold. The restoration compantmy used a monitoring device to alert dampness in the wall and beams. It went off and the light turned RED. It registered the maximum reading for moisture! I called Union Roofing again to complain and I had service in few days. I showed all the pictures to Union Roofing that I took before the room was sealed off for mold treatment, fans and dehumidifier setup. They revealed the area near the big drainbox that was previously installed that I was told was causing the leak!! Now I need to wait to see if my Roof is still leaking after all the fans & dehumidifier is removed by the restoration company. This has been a extended leaking journey caused of work not being done correctly after 4 service calls! I will update.

  Roofs don’t last not even 7 years, a new roof means they’ll just add more rubber to the already 5 layers that are there

  Nightmare! Do NOT use this company! Absolute Scam Artists Preying on Vulnerable Customers I hired Union and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. As a single woman who doesn’t know much about roofing, I trusted their “free inspection” and quote. It is a rental property and I live out of state. Big mistake! They quoted me $9000 for what any reputable company would charge half the amount. They also didn’t include the tiny roof above my mudroom (maybe a 2ft first floor bump out ) which is insane! I assumed they do this for the amount they charged for a “full roof replacement “. I still had leaning which was coming from the back area that was never addressed, so they came out and quoted me an addition 6800. Yes, $6800.00. Criminal doesn’t begin to describe this company. They are unprofessional, a complete rip off, and tried to take advantage a second time! This company should be investigated. They are also extremely rude and completely unprofessional.

  Hello K M, Thank you for your feedback, but we strongly disagree with your characterization of our company. Union Roofing completed a brand-new main roof in August 2025 and later provided a separate estimate in December 2025 for the rear 1st-floor roof — two separate roof sections. When you contacted us on February 18, 2026, about a leak, we scheduled a next-day inspection. Our findings showed the issue was coming from the rear 1st floor roof and adjoining wall area, which had been worked on by another contractor. The photo documentation we provided you clearly shows missing roof capping, improper or absent facial capping, exposed/open edges, and rubber running up the stucco wall, conditions that were not part of our original scope of work. We stand behind the main roof installation, which was completed per contract and carries a 15-year warranty. The additional estimate referenced was to address the separate rear roof and wall conditions that were outside of the original agreement.   I hired Union Roofing to replace a downspout on a rowhome in Philly since water had been dripping over the side of my roof. The downspout was replaced quickly, which I appreciated, but the rep from union roofing tried to tell me that the roof would continue to drip unless I paid them to put a whole new roof on. The roof did continue to drip, but I called another roofing company and within 5 seconds of looking at the roof they determined the dripping was actually caused by my neighbors roof. So, either the rep was not experienced enough to recognize that was the source of the issue, or they did know and just tried to rip me off with something that wouldn't fix my issue.

  After paid $11,000 for new roof the problems still there. Try to blame leaking from HVAC unit if I am listen to them...I will get big headache on the future between the roofer and HVAC technician!

  I had a shingle roof installed at the beginning of December and noticed several problems with the installation from the start. Some of the shingles were not installed properly, and there were areas where roof shingles were missing. I was also charged an additional $1,000 to apply roofing cement and tape the rear of the roof, but they only applied roofing cement to about half of the area and did not use any tape at all. They also installed a rubber roof pitched in the opposite direction of the drain. I brought these issues to the workers’ attention, but they did not speak English and told me to call the supervisor, Jimmy. He promised that all of the issues would be fixed. This company prides itself on being professional, but I experienced nothing but unprofessionalism. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for the issues to be resolved.

  Both skylights were leaking, when is was raining, because they had cracks in them. Union Roofing came out in a timely manner, to replace them both. I only trust them to make repairs or replacements. Oh, they also replaced my roof.

  Union roofing repaired my downspout and installed a new skylight. They answered all my questions concerning the repairs and pricing to my satisfaction. The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. They completely cleaned the work area. Furthermore they followed up with me to have some interior painting done on my skylight.
