  I've been doing business with R Martin for 25 years and the experience is always excellent. The metal roof of my century-old house is in good hands. David and Michel carried out the necessary maintenance repairs this morning and I am very satisfied. A competent and invaluable company. True artists!

We initially thought the water leak was coming from the roof, but Michel took the time to verify the exact source. Thanks to his attentiveness and professionalism, he identified that the leak was actually coming from a broken pipe. Furthermore, he found a way to divert the water into a bucket to minimize the damage, even though he wasn't required to do so. This gesture was greatly appreciated and demonstrates his commitment to customer service and dedication. I would also like to highlight the professionalism and courtesy of your receptionist: these days, it's rare to encounter someone so pleasant and ready to help from the very first call.
