  We will never have the opportunity to evaluate this company's work because we called three (3) times to schedule an appointment and never received a return call, even after a month. Therefore, if customer service reflects the quality of the work performed, we have serious doubts about the company's competence as a roofer.

  Extremely satisfied with the work done. The team listens to the client, is always courteous, and ready to respond positively to our questions and concerns. Proactive and friendly. Yoland is an artist; he repainted the edges of the fiber cement that were damaged by moisture—wow! I recommend them without hesitation. Peace of mind.

  We received honest advice; Philippe knows his stuff and how to guide us toward the right choices. He was very straightforward with us. The property was returned to us as clean as it was before the work began; the employees did a meticulous job cleaning up.   I highly recommend Toiture Paradis! Very detailed quote; nothing is left to chance. Workers who clean up as they go on the job site! The owner is on-site, setting up his employees, who are always active. They have a lot of experience on my project! Conscientious, even with an old house! Protective tarps everywhere. Blower to remove small debris. Magnet for nails. Highly motivated employees! The owner listens to your needs and is an excellent communicator. Container on-site.
