  A year and a half of misery and stubbornness to finally get a roof done properly. The contract was signed in the spring, and the roof wasn't installed until the following spring. If you don't call, they give no updates (complete radio silence). We even found old shingles underneath the new ones!!! (Proof in the photos). The work was done by unsupervised beginners, or so they told me. I have absolutely no confidence in them and I do not recommend them at all!

Regarding the work on your basement entrance roof, our team worked during the season to clean and repair the old shingles. We apologize if winter conditions in Quebec sometimes require waiting until the following season for certain repairs, but we returned to the site in March to resolve the situation completely. Follow-up was therefore ensured, and the necessary corrections were made as soon as the weather permitted.

  I deeply regret doing business with this company. Two years after the renovations, which took forever (May to December; they were supposed to start in April, and I had to threaten them to come and finish the work), I'm still finding things that were done poorly. There were major project management problems, a lack of staff, and too many jobs being undertaken simultaneously. A lot of the finishing work was rushed. The contract was worth over $200,000...

  Terrible after-sales service! They damaged fascia boards and gutters. They replaced specialized parts with visually unsatisfactory ones. It's been over a year and it's still not fixed! Very disappointed. In response to your comment, you decided to close the service request. If this can help other homeowners who want to replace their roofs, they are aware of my bad experience with you.

  Hello Mr. Pelletier, even though you're repeating your comment from 2023, it wasn't in the contract to install custom curb flashing. We installed standard curb flashing. Your service request in October 2023 was resolved one day after you submitted it. You currently have no open service requests. If you have a request, please submit it to info@nanuuq.ca.   The service was courteous and polite, provided you don't mind the 330% surcharge added to the original estimate. This surcharge was predictable given the professional firm that is Nanuuq.

  Ms. Chartier, unfortunately, your building has never been updated since its construction. You cancelled your contract, and you were perfectly within your rights to do so. We hope you understand that contractors are subject to laws and that we have an obligation to comply with them.

  Indeed, for a roof to last 50 years, the roofing system must be compliant. This is stated in the quote and in your contract. We are sorry if you feel you have been wronged. However, as mentioned in your manufacturer's warranty clause, you can register your warranty on their website.

  Disappointing, avoid at all costs! We hired this company to renovate our roof, and it was a huge disappointment. Several tiles were poorly installed, causing leaks as soon as the first rain fell. Despite our numerous follow-ups, the after-sales service is nonexistent: it's difficult to schedule an appointment to fix the problems. There was no cleanup after the work was completed. We truly regret choosing this company.

  Thanks to Joe and his team at Roadrunners for the excellent work. They came quickly to fix a minor defect the day after the job was completed. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the salesperson came twice to clarify the color choice, as they hadn't noted it the first time.
