  I, too, am here to denounce the practices of this company. We are a call center based in Morocco specializing in energy. This scam company, Toiture Isolation Provinciale, ran off with our money, refusing to pay invoices for more than two months of work.

  Since their attic insulation work, I've had a water leak in my house caused by ice on the roof. Despite several messages, I haven't received any service, even though the work is guaranteed for 15 years. I'm very disappointed with the follow-up. The sales representative is even trying to sell me another product to fix the problem, telling me that the provincial roof insulation company did an incompetent job.

  Decontamination Project This review is intended to be entirely constructive for future customers who, like us, were stressed by the scale of a decontamination project. We contacted Toiture Isolation Provinciale initially to obtain information and then a quote. Their email and phone responses were impeccable. However, we decided to cancel the project with them after the on-site visit. Despite the technician's very friendly and professional demeanor, there was no follow-up to our questions about the quote. We contacted them twice by phone before finally being able to speak to him directly, as they never returned our voicemails. We spoke with one of his colleagues to ensure our questions were clear. He confirmed that the technician would get back to us that day, but it has now been over a week and we are still waiting. In conclusion, they are undoubtedly very efficient, but only when they have the time. This leads me to believe that insulation is truly their expertise, and decontamination somewhat less so. Ultimately, the reason I'm taking the time to write this review is to provide information to users who are apprehensive about these types of services, because let's be honest, this kind of project costs a small fortune.
