The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Toitures Multi.

After-sales service? None whatsoever. They promise to fix the snowfall if the rating isn't adequate, and then disappear without a trace. Bravo. Dangerous product, poorly understood by an irresponsible and incompetent company.

Excellent work from the whole team. They know what they're doing and answer questions like true experts. I have nothing but praise for them; they're real professionals. I won't have to worry about my roof for at least 45 years.

The winter following the installation of our new roof, a little water leaked into our house. We didn't know if the cause was the roof (poor installation) or the 15-year-old window, so we contacted Toitures Multi Métal (Quebec City area) to have them inspect their work and rule out this potential cause. On three occasions, the field team was supposed to call back "within the following week" before coming, but these attempts at after-sales follow-up were unsuccessful. Since then, the cause has been identified (ice buildup in the gutter), but the poor after-sales service suggests we may have difficulty enforcing the 10-year installation warranty.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 8 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Toitures Multi. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
