Very satisfied with their truly professional work; they went above and beyond what was asked. I couldn't have asked for better.

They used a subcontractor for my roofing, and I had problems. After leaving a negative review here, the fixes were implemented quickly.

Good service during installation. However, we noticed a problem during the winter and notified them in early January (possible water leak). It's now mid-August and they still haven't come to fix the problem/haven't given any updates since the end of May. We don't even have a scheduled date for the work. Edit: We finally got through to someone. It seems the case got stuck in limbo after the project manager left. We found a satisfactory solution. We'll wait for the work to be completed before commenting further. Edit: Still no work completed more than a year later, despite discussions and their confirmation that there was a problem. Edit: The corrective work has finally been carried out and is satisfactory. Furthermore, the staff who performed the work seem to have done a good job. The situation is now resolved. Jean-Philippe and Kevin provided excellent advice.

Here's my experience with Alpha Roofing. I chose this company because, out of the five quotes I received, they were the only ones who came to my home to explain their product. They weren't the cheapest, but I appreciated the meeting. On installation day, April 4th and 5th, kudos to the men who braved the bad weather: cold, rain, and almost snow—in short, not a very nice day... Excellent service and follow-up throughout the project. Beautiful finish. Thank you, I recommend them. Thank you.
