  Roof got installed in 2021. It’s December 2024 right now and the roofs is already leaking. I ended up purchasing the home in September 2024 and they won’t honor the 10 year warranty. Be careful using this company. They’re just looking to take your money. Yes, you offered to come out and check it out and charge me to check it out and to do the job that was under warranty for 10 years and the roof has only been up for four years. I can send you the picture of what my roofer who came to fix it did and the leak that he did find. Bottom line is if the roof is under warranty for 10 years and I call you saying something’s wrong with it. I shouldn’t be told that I’m gonna get charged to get the job fixed!

  We did try to schedule a date and time for us to come and look at the problem to see if it is a leak or coming from somewhere else. You told us that you had plenty of roofers and didn't need us to come out.

  Would have been nice to schedule an estimate, but no one ever called back to schedule. Dodged a bullet I guess!

  I would strongly advise you look for another roofing company. They cracked my driveway by brining materials in. Furthermore, they didn’t want to do anything about it. I was told that contract states they are not responsible for that type of damage. Poor customer service.

  Unfortunately this happens from time to time. As we discussed during the signing of the contract, your sidewalk is designed to hold more than what we are putting on it. However, if a tree root or sprinkler system has compromised under it, we can't be responsible for that. It is unfortunate that the tree root had grown under the sidewalk and caused weight to crack it.

  Called to get a quote and basically told they would not quote so it seemed they were not interested. The person I spoke to didn't even seem like he wanted to talk to me. He was distracted messing with a headset or doing something else. I suggest you don't even bother calling them since they must have enough business they don't need new customers. UPDATE Wow rude when I first called and now rude in the response to my review. If Sean has spent more that 10 seconds he would have known that I was closing soon and needed a signed roofing contract to obtain insurance. Regardless, he was distracted when I spoke with him and seemed bothered by my call. You know what they say about first impressions? That first impression is why I gave a 1 star review. The review could have been turned around with a "sorry for the mis-understanding" but a sarcastic "rest of the story" is just a testament that being rude is part of this company culture.

  You are correct. It was a misunderstanding. We tried to explain to you that we do not do what you are asking for. We don't work on those types of roof systems. Sorry you felt that we were being rude but we did tell you we can't help you.

  They installed a new roof for me and left a total mess. Nails everywhere and one guy even left his sandals in front of my house. Had to change a tire on my car due to nails. Mike the owner took no responsibility and told nothing but lies. Beware, not an honest company.

  I am leaving a one star review because. The facts of this case are as follows. Heavy rains in South Florida, and I had water leaking from the roof into the living room. I scheduled for someone to come out to give us a quote to fix or replace our roof. They sent someone, who said they wouldn't patch to repair but would need a new roof. Said he would send me a quote to my email. Nothing came. I called there customer service and told them I hadn't received a quote. They then identified the person and would have him contact me. That still has not happened. At this point, the trust of getting an honest and reliable contract would be questionable. A person's time is money and money is time. All the while, we select a company's business because of their reputation, based on actual experiences. But from my experience, not once, but twice they have failed to provide me a basic quote, earn my trust, or respect my time. UPDATE: within 2 hours of my initial post, I was contacted, but the trust had been lost. I have decided to go with someone else. I will say, I did appreciate Brian doing damage control by sending the invoice within 24 hours of my initial complaint.

  This company Took our order for a roof repair told us we have to wait a week which we agreed to, when their service representative came he told us they don’t do repairs on roofs that are more than 20 years old – – too bad they didn’t tell me that on the initial phone call and I lost a week !

  Tiger Team was incredible to work with from start to finish. They did my next door neighbors roof first and he had nothing but great things to say about them and I feel the same after my experience. Brian was very thorough explaining all the details of the job and answering any questions before we got started. Gigi was great at communicating all the details throughout the project and with scheduling. Highly recommended!

  Tiger Team was referred to me by a family member. I got four estimates for our roof. Alex was very easy to deal with and his attention to detail and making sure we were satisfied was priceless. He truly listens to what you have to say and what your concerns are. Having said that, the whole team at Tiger is a well oiled machine. They keep you updated on every step of the process. All of their supervisors on each phase were great but I do need to give a shout out to GiGi. Loved working with her. When you talk to her, it's like you have known her forever. My roof is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Tiger Team for making it an easy process. I have no doubt going for ward that if I have any issues, you will be here to solve them.

  I was very meticulous about choosing a roofer for my metal roof installation. I spoke with several neighbors who had their roofs done by Tiger Team Roofing and they all had great things to say. Ray, the salesman, was extremely professional. He answered all of my questions and really allayed my fears about the process. The Tiger Team crew was professional as well — they communicated the timeline clearly and kept me updated throughout the entire project. In the end, I was very happy with the final product. I highly recommend Tiger Team!
