  Avoid this business. They started off very strong and professional coming to give a quote for some roof work very quickly but it slowly deteriorated from there. Their quote was high compared to other roof companies but they were more responsive so we decided to just do part of the work with them and do other work with a different company. I signed a contract and paid the deposit and kept following up with them to see when they'd come out. After multiple follow ups they came when I wasn't home and seemed to finish the work within a few hours. They immediately asked for the final payment. Since I wasn't home, I asked for photos to see the work they did. I followed up but no response for 4 days when they asked for the payment again. I said I wanted to see photos before paying and he accused me of making excuses not to pay. Finally, he sent the photos and they didn't do the work promised in the contract. Instead, they put a sealant on over the damage, which costs $20 or less at Home Depot. When I asked why they didn't do the work as promised, he said I misunderstood. I sent him a photo of the contract to show that they had clearly said they'd do a different job and he said okay don't pay the final payment. So instead we paid $750 for them to put on a cheap sealant. Very unprofessional and not a thorough job.

  Bes, Emilio and the whole crew from Planet Roofing worked diligently for 3 days retrofitting my roof to wall connections. I thought They did a good job. But when I got my wind inspection the inspection company refused to give me a discount on my insurance because Planet Roofing incorrectly attached the metal straps to the top plate. Planet roofing has thus far refused to make any corrections. I suggest staying away from this company.

  Long drawn out wait for roof repairs to begin.. false promises and 80% down because it was a small job ($5000). Two leaks to be repaired on two different flat roofs. Crew was sloppy and I had to clean up after them twice. Two weeks after completion we had heavy rains. Both original leaks were back and as an additional bonus they created two additional leaks which in turn caused water damage inside .. when called to address the problem and new leaks and damage inside I was told that the warranty given me would not be honored and the salesman was told to return my money. I was set back 6 weeks and now have about $800 in plaster and paint work. One of the worst contractors I’ve ever hired!

  I recently had a roofing project done by Planet Roofing, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The entire process, from start to finish, was plagued with issues that left me questioning the credibility of this company, despite their seemingly positive reviews. To begin with, the timeline for completing the roofing project was grossly inaccurate. What was initially estimated to be a reasonably quick process turned into an agonizing 48-day ordeal. Throughout this period, the crews were consistently absent despite assurances from the owner that the work would be completed "this week." Unfortunately, this promise was repeated for four consecutive weeks without any follow-through. The state in which my yard was left each day was equally disappointing. Food wrappers, water bottles, and debris were strewn across my property, creating an eyesore and an unnecessary cleanup task for me. Beyond the cosmetic issues, the crews neglected to cover my roof properly during weeks of rain, leading to severe water damage to my ceiling. The lack of attention to this critical detail displayed a concerning disregard for the potential consequences of inclement weather. Furthermore, the aftermath of the project left my yard in disarray. Eight pounds of nails, washers, and screws were scattered across my lawn, posing a safety hazard for both my family and pets. I had to invest in my own roller magnet and spend hours combing through my yard to remove these dangerous materials. The carelessness extended beyond the yard, with roofing material left hanging from cables, on my pergolas, and even inside my boat, which is parked next to my house. Tar stains on my doors and the thoughtless disposal of nails and screws in my pool during the removal process further highlighted the lack of professionalism exhibited by the crews. While I initially chose Planet Roofing based on positive reviews, it is evident that the experience I had with their services did not align with the s

  I called for am estimate on a job. It's been over a week since the guy "looked at" (and I use that loosely here) the roof and I haven't heard a word since. Didnt even get an estimate. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I had a really good experience with the roofing company for the first call. They were pretty easy to talk to and explain things in a simple way. The crew showed up on time and worked hard the whole day. The roof came out looking clean and solid. you can totally tell they know what they’re doing.

  we had planet roofing to complete a roof repair project on a community in Lake Worth as a general contractor are very happy with his work. We’re gonna keep working with him and we recommend them to others. The roof repair had to do with the tile repair and definitely he was able to find the source of the problem and give us good advice how to permanently fix these problems
