  Simply terrible. Dominick the owner has a real problem with competition. Actually goes to the homes of people he can’t sell to, and trashed company's that compete with his services. A hell of a way to get a roofing job. Do a good job Domenick and your customers will come to you. The back handed, sneak around and do what you do is pathetic.

  I originally gave Allied a 4-star review, but I’m revising it 18 months later after a leak developed in my replacement roof. You don’t truly know a company until a problem occurs and you see how they handle it. Although the leak was repaired, my concerns about the interior damage, how a roof installed just last year could fail, and what this means going forward were largely dismissed. Resolving the leak alone is not enough when there are unanswered questions and damage inside the home. Given the significant investment in this roof, I expected a higher level of accountability, communication, and customer care.

  Hi, I have a flat roof with the Tampered ISO Foam Insulation for water drainage. I had a large portion of my roof done with this tampered iso material. Allied Roofing and Sheet Metal did the installation. According to their website, they claimed to have developed special installation procedures that have proven to be effective in extending the life expectancy and durability of a flat roof. My roof was done in 2016 so only 6 years old and has been failing for some time now. There are many large bubbles popping up everywhere. I noticed popping sounds occasionally during the evenings but never assumed it was the flat roof pulling away from the substrate. Now I'm stuck with a very expensive roof that will need to be corrected. Wish I would have made a better decision when it came to who was putting a new roof on my home. I posted photos for reference on Houzz. Yelp has all 21 photos of just how terrible my roof is bubbling and deteriorating at a rapid rate.

  3 times I had to have them come back to repair leaks, on the third leak they repaired the leak but refused to repair damage caused by the leak. Tried selling me a maintenance package for $850.00 to replace rotted wood caused by shoddy roof …

  Mr. Kroyer, our team tried to reach out to you via private channels to explain the guidelines set forth on our warranty terms given to you when the project was completed, and final inspection passed. Every roof needs to be maintained from time to time and there are damages that aren’t necessarily caused by workmanship but by external factors that aren’t covered under the warranty terms. As a small business as much as we would like to, we cannot comp repairs due to damages caused by external factors outside the warranty terms.

Mr. Borowski, founder of Allied, previous owner and CEO passed away in November of 2020. The company has been sold and is under new management. I have requested for you to give us a call since we have no records of you ever been a customer in the past.   Called to get a quote for a new roof and would pay cash. Two weeks later no has returned my call.

As far as we know we received a request to replace some broken tiles, our representative gave you a price and explained that we usually only do major repairs, however we decided to give you an estimate under our minimum price since you wanted our company for the service. We understand that not everyone can afford our prices nonetheless, our positive reviews are a reflection of our name which is sought after because of the quality of work we do and outstanding customer service. After we gave you a verbal estimate over the phone we never heard from you again. We welcome constructive criticism and thoughtful feedback that helps us elevate our service and have happy customers. We are open to communicate whenever a discrepancy arises through our the many channels available to the public.

  The second roofing company that will not touch our flat roof to replace the drip edge. They said that we might not like the fact that their replacement roof doesn’t match our rooftop with the silicone coating so they are not going to touch it. All of these companies I am going to report to Better Business Bureau.

  We requested a hurricane season inspection of our older, Allied-installed tile roof. Manny did a thorough check throughout our attic crawl space, and even provided photos and videos, assuring us that everything is in great shape. Terrific service and no charge. Super company!

  The roofing company in South Florida is the best. The owners are kind people, and the supervisor on site, Gerardo, is an amazing project manager. They were working on a job in the neighborhood, and I asked him a few questions. He answered all of them without hesitation and explained different roof systems.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Allied Roofing and are very happy with how everything turned out. The standing seam metal roof looks fantastic and passed final inspection without any issues. We worked closely with Victor and Gerardo throughout the project, and we really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to work with us. Their crew was also excellent—skilled, hardworking, and took pride in what they were doing. Like any big project, a few things came up along the way, but Allied stepped up and handled them the right way, which meant a lot to us. In the end, we have a beautiful new roof and a company that stood behind their work. We’d definitely recommend Allied, especially for metal roofing.
