  Poor customer service. They did not maintain a clean job site. I sustained tire damage onsite and they refused to acknowledge the source of the damage, which is clearly the result of roofing nails. Would not recommend working with them based on the rude conversations with management.

  This person is not a customer of ours. He alleges he sustained tire damage at a worksite but did not report the damage immediately and had no proof that it was our materials that caused the damage. We were never given the opportunity to look at the alleged damage. This was near a project we had worked on for months with no other reports of damage. There are other construction projects in the area and it is impossible to know whether it was our materials. Furthermore, this individual used foul language when calling to complain. We have maintained a worksite with zero other complaints and stand by our job site cleanliness and oversight. If we were afforded the opportunity to inspect the damage instead of being faced with a demand for payment, this could have been resolved.

  I hired Nast roofing on the 15th of June, 2025 to fix two leaks on my roof. One leak of a flat section in the back of my house and the other is in the front tiles section of the roof. They started the project a week later by installing the underlayment. I was told the underlayment needs to be dried before they can place the tiles back. They returned around July 1st to place the tiles back. A few days later both sections of the house wee leaking during a period of heavy rain. Of course, they insulted me by telling me my roof is not leaking. They initially quoted me for $3400. They received a deposit of $1700.00. When I refused to bay the balance, they agree to re-inspect. Upon re-inspection, I was told there is another leak, but it would cost me an additional $2,000. I agree to pay the sum by putting an additional $1000.00 totaling $2700.00. They re-opened the roof on July 31st by placing the underlayment and they were to comeback a week later to put the tiles back on. a few day later, both part of the house leaks once more. I texted Juan, the inspector, twice to inform him that the roof is leaking. He never responded. In the meantime, they have broken every single tile which are sitting on my roof, see the attached pictures. I hired a different company on Friday, August 15, 2025 because there's a storm coming. In addition to all the broken tiles, Nast used an underlayment called Hot Map which is a flat roof material under the tiles as opposed to Nu Max Polystick. The new company was able to complete the Job on one today, today, August 18, 2025. Mast has the worst possible customer service and the skill labor is the worst I've seen (see the attached pictures). They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. P.S. I attempted to file a complaint with the BBB and they are not an accredited business (see the attached picture).

  Garnel, as we have explained numerous times to you, and as it is specified on your contract, we have not replaced your tile because it needs to undergo a period of time to allow the materials to cure, and our standard practice is to wait until after a substantial rain to ensure the repair has taken before replacing the tile. You texted a landline, not our representative Juan, so there was no way he could have responded to you. It is plain in the contract that we wait a period of time before replacing the tile and you took it upon yourself to hire another company unbeknownst to us during the period when we allow the repair to cure. Additionally, the product you are referring to is not what your roof underlayment is comprised of as you have an older roof, and we used the appropriate materials to do the repair. We have attempted to resolve this with you and explain these issues at length. We have been in business for 31 years and did not get to where we are by being crooked and taking peoples money. You have not paid us for the repairs. Please contact our office so that we can resolve this matter.

  They took a long time to start the job and when they started working on the roof it was during a storm. They sent subcontractors over on a Saturday it was raining and they were rushing because a tropical storm was coming. They did not speak English so I could not address my concerns and their office was closed on Saturday. Then I told the office certain things were not done and they still billed for those anyway.

  Terrible customer service. Treated so rudely on the phone. Other employees talking loudly in the background so the person I was talking to couldn’t understand the information that I was trying to provide. They have a company policy that they don’t extend the warranty to a new owner, but couldn’t explain why that’s the company policy. It was going to be two weeks until they could give me an estimate and then it would be at least two months maybe longer to get a new roof, I picked them because they’re literally a few blocks from where I live so much for trying to support local mom and Pop Organizations. If you look at the reviews, they all seem to be one or two sentences in the exact length so my guess is they’re not written by real customers they’re written by friends of the company. Buyer beware

  They replaced whole roof. On the second year the roof leaked. They promised me repair, never did despite the fact that they came and took pictures of leak. Couple months later leak was gigantic

  Why would I want to surrender all my rights to litigation if they screw up. Read the whole contract. You can't take them to court under FL. statue that's in their waver & release of any liability....Hmm .READ THE FINE PRINT

  Appointment setup and when the appointment was supposed to occur I get this message "unfortunately due to access and distance from our shop we recommend that you contact a local roofer in the Miami area."
